Amenities are not good poor experience

Very worst experience in my life there is no staff services & lock of the room also not working there were lots of black buds in room bedsheets we have booked 2 rooms for 2 days but we have checked out in 4 hours

Location is good, Cleanness, rooms , bathroom are very bad, bathroom is in very horrible condition, WiFi not working, TV not working, they not started even after several reminders.

Krishna Mahal Harmony property owner refused to accept the booking of MakeMyTrip. Give the excuse there is no any vacant room and also there is no such a type of property as per navigation. I have just discussed on call

terrible experience... it's not hotel. it's flats. they have 4 5 rooms hired .. and rooms and washrooms r very unhiginic.. bedroom is totally wet and smelly.. the old reviews given by all r real..dnt ever book this property

Dont go wit name.. Its not Country Inn..This is not a hotel it's a ike lodge..check it at reception and another person will take you at back side where the room is in building...No housekeeping staff, not having restaurant in hotel.. you need to call from your mobile to given number and they will deliver you your food and need to pay immediately...I request MMT to dont mentioned assured property..This is misguided your regular business traveller... business traveller dont bok this hote.. can check other options in nearby area...

In my whole life, I have not seen such a pathetic Hotel having such big name Country Inn. It appears that it's a case of infringement of trade mark or copy right. I had booked 5 room and in every room there was seepage, bad sewer smell, non working ACs, non working locks, no kitchen services, dirty bedsheets, dirty washrooms, non working TVs, bad mannered staff.

Worst experience at Country inn Vrindawan.Room & Washroom was full of mosquitoes & repellent machine was not working. Room was not maintained well.Shower was not working properly. Room slippers, Bath Towel was not provided.No one came to carry our luggage at the time of check out. Will Not recommend to anyone.Better to go any other good options.

The facilities were poor.Cleanliness was not there.No proper lighting was there in the room.Me and my family was completely unsatisfied with the services.

It is not Country inn rather it is Country inn premier. Altogether different. MMT should make it clear in website.

Worst experience ever Room were dirty Lots of mosquitoes Bath tub was not functional Car windshield got damaged. What else should I say.

we had the worst experience ever in my life. our bath tub was cracked, had 100 of mosquitoes, no cleaning for 1.full day, exhaust had no mosquito protection. services are really bad, had really bad infrastructure and I would request to refund the full amount to me so that I ll be happy. please remove from your empanelment.

Property location is fine, food is good but because of lesser staff it was really hard to get what you ask... certainly need renovation asap.... very less provision for basic amenities

As per the brand name of Country Inn, there's below average rooms. Food was available through the nearest restaurant namely Sagar Ratna, service and availability of food of which was below average.
