ac was not functioning properly.room service was very bad.for each problem we have to got to reception and discuss about it.phone was not working at all.if we gave complaint they didn't resolve any issues...lift was not working..main door key card was not working each time we have to call them and make ooen the doors and its not worth to payment they are charging to us.

Terrible Horrible stay. Worst, Unhygenic , poor service Hotel. Prices are very high and amenities are worst. i advice all the people who are looking for stay in this hotel that kindly don't book this hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY in vrindavan. we had booked for 3 night and all the nights were nightmare to spend. electricity and voltage issues there. air conditioner in all three rooms were out of order. Bathroom was so dirty and Unhygenic. Water was too salty to have brush your tooth and for bath. I write to authority of the hotel that as you are giving very higher teriff for delux room but amenities are like LODGE or DHARAMSHALA. we cant do anything if once we booked the hotel and get worst service. WASTE OF MONEY.

this is very bad experience. room is not so clean it is very smelly. main problem of electricity. if once electricity cut then no auto power backup in hotel. and finally I have paid to hotel for one night but it didn't deserve above 1500 because of its facilities and cleaness....I m totally disappointed..

Hotel name mango tree vrindavan I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. The room I was initially assigned had a non-functional air conditioner, making it extremely difficult to sleep throughout the night. To add to the discomfort, there was no running water available, which is completely unacceptable for any standard of accommodation. Over the course of my stay, I was shifted to three different rooms due to recurring issues, yet the problems persisted. Despite multiple requests, I was not even provided with a proper room key, further adding to my frustration and inconvenience. Such a level of service falls far below what I expected, and it severely disrupted both my rest and peace of mind. I urge you to look into these matters seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure no other guest faces the same experience. I request compensation or a partial refund for the inconvenience caused, and I look forward to your prompt response.

the room provided was too bad no cleanliness maintain washroom was dirty waste of money it costed

room is quite good but The room and washroom was stinking and leakage ac water inside the room and water facility.

Good location, easy accessibility to e-rikshas nearby. Good manager and helpful staff. can easily reach all temples in Vrindawan within 10 mins and Mathura within half an hour

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. Great location and peaceful atmosphere—would definitely come back.

The property was really good, however had a little trouble in finding the property as the Google maps will take you to some different location. On arriving, we were welcomed by the host and our room was also upgraded.special thanks to the host. Room was clean, a small fruit basket was also served complimentary. dinner was delicious, we ordered a 200 rs thali, taste was good , i didn't even realised that recipe was excluding onion and garlic. however the only con i found was location as this property is located slightly in interior of chaitanya vihar 2 which is around 3.8 km away from all famous temples of vrindavan.You can easily find a battery rickshaw from the property but might face little trouble in reaching back to property on return.

1st ly they did not provide us ANY invoice and told us that invoice will be provided by make my trip 2nd ly electricity issue 3rd ly lift was not working since 23 night till check out on 24 th 9.30 am

It was pleasant stay at Hotel Mango tree. Hotel staff gesture was very good. Responded well in time. Since property is new so everything found well placed, cleaned and working. We were travelling with family and had dinner there which was also served well as desired and on time. Over all everything was fine on the facility

Had a great stay at Mango Tree Hotel and Suites by Blues, Vrindavan. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. Food was tasty too. Perfect place for a comfortable trip. Would love to visit again!
