Hotel was not upto mark, extra bed provided was very bad, rooms were very bad on ground floor. Owner was not accommodating at all, we are him to cancel the booking for second day as we were not happy, but the owner didn’t allowed us the same

The location is good near Shri Banke Bihari Mandir, The room is neat and clean, ac in working condition, the washroom is neat and clean, and the staff is polite and friendly.

Thakur ji Dham Hotel is good but do not almirah for hanging clothes and no kettle for hot water which is must It turned out to be costly

Best part of this hotel is its centre of all temples and Bake bihari is just few steps away for hotel and all type of goods and foods are available near this location and location wise price of hotel is reasonable and behaviour of staff is also very good

You know what the location is very descent and safety wise also a perfection but if we talk about electricity there is no electricity throughout the day if I stay 17 hours then only I had own 7 hours electricity

Rooms was not cleaned, Admin And reception person was not polite they were treating like strangers AS they don't knows the things. Jet shower of commode was not working Towels arrangements not there No bathing shop or handwash there No gentle kit available. Was a horrible stay at that cost. Total money wastage stay we were experienced

I have travelled with family to this hotel. No doubt location wise it’s good. Near to Bake Bihari Mandir but rooms was not cost to worthful. Rooms were small, smelly and light issue. In summer you feel hot without AC. There is no parking. I will not recommend to anyone.

I have booked 2 AC rooms and in 1 room there was no AC and no TV. I have paid for ac room you have charged for ac room.
