Hotel shyam inn

In my experience hotal shyam inn neet and cleaned & all staff nature are very helpful .overall hotal shyam inn services excellent

hotel is not good. in hotel no water, no food not good service this is not hotel only laj

tried calling hotel but no support from either side . was not even able to find hotel. terrible service from both make my trip and hotel as no one even picked the phone. has to return home without stay

Room neat n clean, bed sheets clean, bathroom wentilator fan was not working, bathroom was smelling,

The room was okay but the service was very bad and appliances are not working properly

Very bad service not good washroom not even for useable and sucks the tap water slaty water and junk don’t come here waste of money so smelly washrooms and rooms too no privacy my body wash got stole from the room

I like all the things rooms was perfect staff was good all facilities was there and perfect location all temples are near

Room was small.bath shower tap broken.AC was not working properly.Not supply glasses to drink water.But cooperation was very good.Staff try to solve the problem 🙏

The room was not the same as the room shown in the photo. Dirty toilet, bad smell coming in room. Room and toilet non hygienic

I didn't like the property at all, it was worst. washroom was not cleaned, no hygiene and everything was dirty. mosquitoes were there. AC was not working. I will never go there again. worst hotel of vrindavan

rooms size is nice but the lighting needs to be improved,the rooms mean light not the dull light , Another issue was with the fans speed all are very slow Taps and showers should be cleaned all are having dirts on their above part if daily use hai to Karo waisa bhai saaf ... They need to improve their own kitchen service (need to take food from dhaba or zomato always ) The staff is nice and helpful ♥️For that reason I gave you good above

Not ok to stay in the hotel. Electricity issue.Bad experience. Bathroom taps are fully junked.

Property location was too good & service was also best . All the best tourist place was be there & my family also fully satisfied with this hotel

The staff is very supportive and the cleaning is very good perfect location can visit all the temple vehicles

Poor Hotel Management, AC Stopped working in midnight, no support no customer care. Room was also not good, Toilet is placed near your face on the bed while you sleep. The hotel is faar away from lot of places + there is no food faciltieis or restaurants nearby. Not worth it to stay here at all.

It was terrible stay , there Were lots of mosquitos , also door locks were not functional , both as room and washroom door was not getting locked properly and the staff there disturbed us during rest time and after saying them as well they came inside the room with the cartpanter to work and there was no water bottles as well no aminities were given the duvet had red blood mark as well pillow was very dirty and stinking , we asked them to change but they provided us only with fresh duvet cover and didn’t change anything , overall experience was terrible

the bathroom was terrible and the bedsheets was unhygienic .. after the complain they change the sheets ..
