Facilities are not good ! As I booked a executive suit for my family ! There are no proper chair for dining! Telephone not working! Again and again I going on front desk for any order etc ! Noone take phone calls etc ! Poor experience

Awesome stay, good connectivity in that palace,Helpful staff , only dispointing for check in time ( 3 Hr waiting). Over all was good special receptionist Mam and CHANDU serviceman in the Restaurant was very helpful.

they were not providing me the room that actually should look like the mentioned photos. Then I talked to them and asked them to change it...earlier they were denying it...later they gave approval for it. Even after changing the room, one room was not having extra bed, and one room's cupboard was broken and washbasin's tap was not working in kitchen..

Washroom was not clean and the overall services were disappointing. Expected better hygiene and hospitality standards. Definitely not worth the stay, needs serious improvement.

Room service and clean maintenance good and property location near by Prem mandir we comfortable stay

1. Dirty washrooms: The bathroom was not clean, and the fixtures were old. 2. Room lock issue: The room lock got stuck, causing inconvenience. 3. Noise disturbance: Excessive noise n adjacent rooms made it difficult to relax.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the view. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Please improve your food I ordered parathas and every paratha was literally tasteless

It is a good hotel for the stay in virandavan. Parking facility, good food, gym, near to all temples bankey bihari, Iscon, prem mandir and nidhivan.
