Room was unclean, towels and pillow cover were dirty. Shower in the bathroom was not functional

Good location, Close to Prem Mandir and ISKCON and Main market. Food is good, servers are very proactive and well mannered. Housekeeping is a bit slow and needs to be more proactive in keeping the rooms clean on a daily basis, but however, on informing them, they come and do their job well.

the service is slow. not very clean but okay. rooms are spacious. overall I rated good. but can be better in terms of service and cleanliness. the food in restaurant is good and hygenic.

That day was nice. The ambience was good, and everything was so perfect, and we really enjoyed it.

Intercom was not operational communication is difficult they don't pickup mobile calls in 1 go. And don't care too

It was average . We booked breakfast with room but at the hotel they informed us that it is only available for 2 people so we had to pay for other 2.

The property has excellent location as it is right in front of Prem Mandir, Vrindavan. It is also close to ISKCON and Char Dham mandir. good restaurants and eateries are there just a minutes walk from property with auto rickshaw availability as well. The staff was very warm, welcoming and responsive to the issues raised. I would recommend this for anyone thinking of visiting Vrindavan for a few days. I myself would book this property again.

I ll not recommend to stay here, they are least bother for the customer.. They will never respond to your phone. Even worst food and service Terriable

Location is good. Stay was comfortable. There was water leakage in bathroom, rest is ok.

Good rooms but service should be fast, restaurants timing should be flexible as small children can’t wait for the timing.

This was the 4th consecutive year we booked this property considering the perfect location and Hotel facilities, but very disappointed this time with the services they offered. we booked an Executive suite for 3 nights. room was good but the service they offered is pathetic. First of all there is no intercom phone available inside the room.. on asking for installation they said that the wire is broken inside and it is not possible to provide intercom connection in the room. so every time we have to go to the restaurant + front desk + house keeping with our own from 5th floor. Every day the house keeping team left our room with out Towel after cleaning and after coming to room at night we have to rush for Towel at the reception as there is no intercom in my room 🙃 the same thing repeated all 3 days.. Food offered is not up to the mark.. also maximum time forgot to deliver our food in room on time and we have to remind them again by going down to the restaurant, as we don't have intercom service in our room 🙃 The water heater was not in operation on the first day.. after complaining they repaired it. room cleaning team often forgot to clean the floor and Dining table which actually gives you a malodorous smell inside the room.. the property is only one lift available for guest, considering this peak season, guests are used to wait a long for lift as the Hotel was totally sold out during these time. we love the location of the property and green environment with pet friendly areas were actually good.

Good place to stay , friendly staff Good food and it's closer to prominent places of vridnavan, good thing they have ample space for parking also a nice garden to walk , overall a good place , it's my 5 th time I stayed here , everytime i prefer this hotel when I plan for vrindavan

They charged for 2 rms for early chk in & from 7 rms we got 2 rms chk in late by 2 hrs I.e by 3 pm. In 1 rm there was no light in one bathroom. In 1 rm after several times complaint also they didn't fixed hanger in bathroom. We request them to adjust early chk in charge with late possession of 2 rms, they said complaint to make my trip & they will refund u. 1 of our rm was executive which got late possession byv2 hrs.

Good location - lane opposite Prem Mandir , 10 min walking distance to ISKCON temple.Lot of food options at the start of the lane. Rooms were ok, the room i stayed was decent in size . Bathroom tiles were old and need a makeover, the showerhead was pretty old and rusty .Hotel staff was polite and service was fast.
