Not Suitable for Families — Poor Management and Basic Facilities Missing Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The management needs serious improvement as even the basic facilities were missing. Toiletries were not provided, room service was unavailable, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff throughout our stay. Even simple food options like Maggi were not available when requested. The hotel is also located quite far from the main temples, which makes it inconvenient for visitors coming for religious purposes. Overall, it felt over-promised and under-delivered. Not recommended for families looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

All the employees were very good and helpful. If you’re visiting Vrindavan, you should definitely consider booking this stay. Thanks for the warm hospitality

So we booked 2 rooms, location from the main temples is not that close as claimed. Compound around the hotel is quite dingy. Rooms were clean, but we had to exchange one of the rooms as it was smelly and toilet drain was blocked. The staff was polite yet very very hesitant to work. We had to call them multiple times for a small service also. Service was extremely slow and that is why overall stay was not as comfortable as expected. For my sick child they refused to provide breakfast in bed , also getting tea seemed like an ordeal for them. So ya I might not consider goung back there, unless they improve their services. Also room size is pretty small.

Although the hotel is just 2 km from Prem Mandir, it is located in an interior and isolated area, which makes access difficult. The rooms are extremely small, suffocating, and have no ventilation. The air feels with a constant bad smell, making the stay very uncomfortable. Bathrooms are tiny, congested, and have poor drainage. Cleanliness and hygiene are major issues. Floors feel damp, utensils are unclean, and the entire property is poorly maintained. The rooms and interiors also do not match the photos many items like mats, frames, and decorative pieces are missing. Breakfast was another disappointment. It was served only after 8:30 AM even after repeated requests to serve earlier, causing us to miss darshan at some temples. The breakfast options were very limited, the quality was poor, and it was not as committed. I booked rooms for two days, but even by 1:30 PM on the next day, no cleaning was done. Beds and pillows had visible dust and hair, showing very poor housekeeping. There also seemed to be a shortage of staff, so both room service and restaurant service were very slow. We paid more rent compared to hotels in Mathura and Agra, yet the facilities, hygiene, and service quality were far below expectations. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and disappointing experience — definitely not worth the price.

worst experience. from check in to check out everything is a mess. breakfast option is only paratha, pickle and poha, nothing else. Far away from temples.

there was no toilet supplies available when we ask for the same they gave if after check out, food was not available in the hotel, mirror was not there in the room

It was a very bad experience. So, it is a very bad tour organization. Perfectstayz premium krishna abode, Vrindavan, is an under-construction and upcoming hotel. It has no proper and adequate service to the customer.

While we reached at 1 pm romm was not ready so we wait for half an hour. Old room having sheepage. they had just colored the sheepage wall for new look. I checked 2 room all were in same condition.Beside this some odd smell is there in the room. Repeatedly asked for room freshner but they dont have. After severe discussion they provide after one day. They didnot have lunch facility. Only provide dinner. We ordered at 8.00 pm . But after several reminder they provided at 10.30 pm in night. Staffs are very good. Food was excellent.

The prices were higher than the services provided, rooms amenities were not available and floor was not cleaned, no restaurant services, overall it was average experience of stay

Overall experience is poor at hotel. In our booking, breakfast was included however kitchen was not started on that day and we have to order dinner from a outside as per their suggestion and food quality was terrible. Toiletries were not completely provided even after multiple follow ups. Service was too slow. And amount was charged very high. Room and services were not aligned with amount charged

Location was good

Amazing stay, location is very close to all temples and touristy places. Rooms are new and services are very smooth. Food is also very tasty and quality is good. We highly recommend perfectstayz
