excellent location, food is costly but nice,24 hours services is also excellent. Rooms nice

good hotel,cleaned well ,but due to met on floor, it's is looking dust and not feeling well without sleeper

Our experience at Hotel Tulsi Garden, Vrindavan, was very disappointing. The staff and manager were rude and mannerless. The room had a bad smell coming from the washroom, which was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Inside the washroom, the air-conditioner water pipe was fitted across an entire wall, both exhaust fans were full of dirt, and the open electrical wiring was very unsafe. The geyser was very old and broken at the bottom, posing a serious safety risk. There was no proper window or ventilation in the room, making it uncomfortable to stay. On the morning of 11th November, even the lift was under repair, causing a lot of inconvenience. Overall, a very poor experience — not recommended until proper maintenance and staff behavior are improved

Our stay was good and it was made excellent by the hospitality of Ms. Lily and Kumkum

very bad experience, service is very poor . Servicing staff is non cooperative.while servicing Hi tea , staff was so arrogant and asked why so late service,he replied that can't you see that were more people also sitting in front of his manager . When kids asked for cookies he didn't provide the same . for serving 7 persons , staff served only 4 cookies. we ordered 7 teas and staff served only 5 at a time and when asked again staff replied that take coffee as it will take time but we said ok ,but in that case also they served one tea and one coffee. hotel is inside the omax city , we asked at the reception for arranging auto , they replied tell the gaurd . and when I requested the guard for arranging the auto even after 30 min guard didn't arranged the auto .and on asking he just laughed. At the time of parking I asked the guard to please arrange for parking the car , he replied that do it your self. very bad experience and service .never recommend to any bod

Stay was comfortable and staff like lily,kanhaiya and kashish were very courteous,well behaved and soft spoken

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The bathroom facilities were in terrible condition — the water pressure was weak, and there was no hot water at all during my stay, which made it very uncomfortable. The room service was also poor; requests took too long to be attended to, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping. What’s worse, the photos and descriptions shown on the booking app were completely misleading. The actual condition of the room and bathroom was nothing like what was advertised — everything looked old, poorly maintained, and far from what I expected. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s not worth the money, and the management needs to seriously improve the facilities and be honest about what they are offering. Breakfast was also terrible

The hotel location was good. Peaceful and away from city noise. food was good but service can be improved. Also rooms were not that clean as claimed.

it was a great stay here, food tasted awesome mainly alfredo pasta and dal kichdi for my daughter was amazing. rooms are spacious enough and we had a very comfortable stay here. staff executives lily, kannayah and kumkum have taken care very well
