Our experience at Hotel Tulsi Garden, Vrindavan, was very disappointing.
The staff and manager were rude and mannerless. The room had a bad smell coming from the washroom, which was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Inside the washroom, the air-conditioner water pipe was fitted across an entire wall, both exhaust fans were full of dirt, and the open electrical wiring was very unsafe.
The geyser was very old and broken at the bottom, posing a serious safety risk. There was no proper window or ventilation in the room, making it uncomfortable to stay. On the morning of 11th November, even the lift was under repair, causing a lot of inconvenience.
Overall, a very poor experience — not recommended until proper maintenance and staff behavior are improved
