Overall A Good Place to stay
Location is near Prem Mandir but around 3-4 kms away from main Shree Banke Bihari Temple. Food can be better, some items are good. Breakfast Buffet items can be better in variety and taste. Lobby, Rooms, Amenities and service are very good. Little attention needs to be paid in Housekeeping, towels were torn, old and hence dirty. Bedside runner seems not be cleaned since years.

Excellent hotel service and rooms.
Hotel staff is very polite and service oriented. Manoj ji and Sunil Sharma were very proactive in service. Food was awesome.

comfortable stay
The place is comfortable, location is very good, it’s on the main road but no disturbance at all. Services were good and staff is cooperative. Sunil from the reception is very helpful. Best part is they upgraded our room and the size was more than perfect. Room cleaning and hygiene was well maintained

It was fantastic stay at hotel staff was very polite and plus point about this hotel is its location it situated 1.6 km far away from prem mandir and not too much rush near by hotel, rooms were neat and clean, food was also good.

Average Stay
Stay was at a good locality with easy access to public transport. Cordial staff and we were accommodated with an hour early check in and an hour delayed check out. While all this is good, there were power cuts but not for a longer time. Bed linen could be better.
