Not at all a Good Room
its situated in a nice place and specially staffs are very co operative. The worst part is ,room which was assigned to us ( 201) ,which was named as premium room is not in the right conditions. 1. bath room fittings are rusted and not in right standard. 2. electric cattle is broken and rusted. 3. provided coffee mugs are broken and looks very old and dirty. 4. TV was not connecting to net. 5. Bed sheets and pillow covers are not at all good. overall not at all a good room when we tagged as a premium room. management should visit personally and observe it.

Average Stay
well located, a km from Prem mandir and <2 kms from iskon. it was also straight on the road when we entered vridavan (all 3 locations shared in pics) seems safe, but operations are poor and front office team not upto the mark. I am still giving this hotel average since housekeeping Bhupendra was very keen and the team extended us a check out till 2p.m. However there was drainage issue in washroom due to which waterlogging wad there and it smelt. in middle of night, switches made some weird sound.

Overall A Good Place to stay
Location is near Prem Mandir but around 3-4 kms away from main Shree Banke Bihari Temple. Food can be better, some items are good. Breakfast Buffet items can be better in variety and taste. Lobby, Rooms, Amenities and service are very good. Little attention needs to be paid in Housekeeping, towels were torn, old and hence dirty. Bedside runner seems not be cleaned since years.
