Dirty room
RoomsVery dirty, very strong smoke smell(cigrette/ bidi). Informed to Hotel. They spray the room freshner 3 times but issue remains the same. They denied to change the room. Worst service & experience I called MMT about the same during my stay, your team informed me that they will connect with property to resolve the issue then call me back. after that neither a call from your team nor changes in the room. worst experience

A decent friendly hotel
This hotel is a decent one with supporting staff. Rooms are good, clean, so as bathrooms. This hotel is away from heavy traffic as it is located in a lane. Services of E-rishka, motor cycles are available but taxi can be difficult for which one need to come to main road around 150 meter away. The minus point is absence of restaurant though the complimentary breakfast is arranged from outside. The dinner is to be arranged online.

Excellent facility provided by the hotel. Behaviour of the staff was cordial and helpful. Hotel situated at walking distance from Shri Banke Bihari temple at Vrindavan.

Comfortable Stay but Needs Better Infrastructur

Worst experience ever
The stay was very bad. The hotel was in an interior area which didn’t had proper road, there was no parking as well. We had to park our car on the run down road in front of the hotel. The room was very basic one which didn’t worth the money we paid. It was not clean and smelled bed. There was no kitchen service. Food option was very few and they ordered it from Outside. We ignored all these things and decided to stay the night but the worst thing was yet to hit. There was a MOUSE under the blanket!!! It ran all over the bed when I moved the blanket, then went and hid under the side table. We immediately checked out of the hotel. All our plans got canceled because of this.

Average Stay
Hotel was near bake Bihari mandir . Room was newly built and clean . Restaurant facilities was very poor . And complimentary services were not up to the mark and outsider hotel had contracts for food arrangement . Lack of communication between restaurants and hotel management . I didn’t get the lunch after asking them they inform it is closed today .

Good Stay
The rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean and is very close to Banke Bihari Temple hardly five minutes walk. Staff was very cooperative and ready to deliver what you ask specially Pappu, Lokesh and Chanda you say anything they are there irrespective of any time. Enjoyed my stay there
