Very suffocating room and no power backup. Very bad hotel stay. All bathroom taps have current

mosquito room, no cleaning, no blanket dirty room, all things are bad and pathetic , it was horrible experience to stay at that property

Room was terrible, water bottle and breakfast was mentioned in the MakeMyTrip, but both the things were not provided room was very very bad. None of the things in the room is working. Sometime fan is working or AC is working. If there is electricity cut down, ACs are not working and you are spending whole night without AC. room was not clean. Nobody is cleaning the room every day. I was staying there for four days, but nobody was cleaning. The room and switches were very pathetic. Provided almarie was broken very bad experience. I would not suggest anybody to stay in this.

hotel is average and no water bottle provided without three times calling. No bathroom shop and shampoo provided . Room cleaning done after we reached hotel. No hot water available.

the location was fine, but the services were very poor there was no dining area and the complimentary breakfast was from outside, the delux room was also really small it was like a standard room can't even call it deluxe at all and we had to ask for everything they didn't even have towel in their room before hand. the cleanness was fine. all over stay wasn't good at all if you're coming to vrindavan then don't book hotels beforehand because there are hotels near the mandir and if you're doing then please don't get the complimentary breakfast because there are alot of brijwasi restaurant you can eat near isckon.

Hotel is very basic although location was really good. Stuffs are very very unprofessional. Basic facilities like geyser or AC wasn't working properly. In short the experience was very poor only the location is good.

It's good but not spacious room ..very small room .no resturant but good for single person . Parking is in the street not campus parking . .staff is good .. location wise it's fine it's inside the street...patli si gali hae usme hae ye hotel ..smelling ganda sa blanket milegi orhne ko agar thand lagegi to isliye chadar ek apna lejayen

Very nice and polite staff, clean hotel, staff was very cooperative and rooms were also very neat and clean

small room non ventilated.geyser will only be switched on in morning when you ask the person sleeping in reception.no glasses and drinking water .bring your own nobody is there to ask no room service,no tea . i checked out early at around 8 am and keot my luggage there only colleted it 3:30 pm .asked for using washroom by my wife but declined by the person in reception .please look for some other place

location--- location is good food - --no resturant or food, water is on payment basis. room Size ---- good to stand up & sit down cleanliness --- bathroom drain is blocked behavior of staff -- - rinku thankut is very good parking --- NO PARKING. you have to park near by street. kul milake ek chota sa room hae ek din ke liye uthne baithne ke liye sahi hae khana pina apne ghar se leke aana parega aur apni car lana ho to chance ki baat hae street Mae jageh hogi to park hojayegi ... warna pass Mae ek parking hae 700 ka for 24 hrs

Hotel room was dirty Untrained staff No parking facility Dirty washroom It was very poor experience. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stay was nice at the hotel rooms were good

First of all this hotel is nearby to temple. And hotel staff always switch off the geaser from there side. Tv was not working. Also there is no lift was there so if you have senior person with you then he/she can't go through stairs. Rest overall experience was good.
