The stay was amazing well cleaned and spacious rooms staff is also co operative location is little outside from main areas otherwise everything is good

it's a wonderful experience, as rooms are very clean and staff is very cooperative in nature. as well the food they offer is satvic and it taste good. one of the best thing about this place is they provide u whole 2 bhk flat so if u are staying with ur family and friends i recommend u to stay here

The property and stay were nice, and the staff behavior was also very good. However, I had an issue with the food. The quantity was quite less compared to the price, and the quality was not satisfactory. I had ordered rice and roti — the tandoori roti, in particular, was not good. It seemed to be made of maida instead of atta, and the texture wasn’t proper. My only major grievance is regarding the food quality. Another point to note is that the property is actually located on the outskirts of the city. In the description, it’s mentioned that the property is within walking distance of Prem Mandir and Banke Bihari Mandir, but that’s not accurate. You need to take an auto, e-rickshaw, or toto to reach those temples as they are quite far

I have request early check-in through make my trip when I asked to early check-in hotel persons they charged Rs 500.and bath room was not hygiene.room was ok.

Thus is not a separate hotel,it's 8th floor in a residential building. It's maintained properly. Very nice and decorated rooms. It's great to be there for two days. Property is in a good location Vehicle arrangement is too good but a bit expensive And every facilities provided by this stay is super cool, awesome

The hotel Grand ND Resort is very good to stay. It is very Secured and safe. Food and Maintenance is excellent. Staff is very polite and good service. Room service is very good and very spacious leaving room and bed room. Overall excellent stay and budget friendly.

worst stay even we didn't do check in on time becoz we got late they were asking to pay extra money....also the staff is very bad and impolite....I told them I had kids with me plss give me extra 3 hrs so that I can manage ....they said u have to pay extra charges....we didn't even stayed in property for 1 day same day we are doing checkout.....but they demanded extra money ......even the manager is very impolite....do not book this property if you are going with your family....they are very inhuman ...
