I had a wonderful experience at Govindam Resort! The place was peaceful, well-maintained, and had a very welcoming vibe. This was my third time stay at govindam. Last two times it was awesome , this time it was average. Water was coming from AC from front side in the room.Towel given on Second day stay were wet.

Terrible Stay
There were no people in restaurant. Even a glass of milk for babies is taking 90 minutes to deliver. A lot of people cancelled their rooms coz of bad restaurant service.

The location is a bit outer , I booked a family suite , which cost There was no electric kettle , after complaining they sent one but it was not working. The mini fridge was not working The pillow covers were dirty the towels were dirty , the side table had remains of tea spilled which was cleaned after i raised a complaint.

Very bad Exp
Service was very poor We had to wait for 2 hours to get our Lunch order Restaurant boy not picking intercom I had to go to Restaurant personally to place to Meal Order After placing the order Me and my guests hat to wait for longer Periods And when food was brought dishes were not as per Order given. No room Clearance. House keeping Service very poor I made complaint at reception they had no Answers and said that we have insufficient man power now a days. Electricity and Power tripping was worse.

The stay was pleasant. It is good for my family and I liked the pet friendly facility provided by the resort. My dog was happy to stay there. The restaurant is good and you can have your lunch or dinner in the garden.

A third class place in Vrindavan
I just rejected this place, It was a third class place , I just could not believe my eyes. There was nobody to greet even, only one person on so-called reception. Actually this is an open banquet which has some rooms for bride on marriage what they have offered as hotel. So please note went there & after seeing the condition of the place just rejected and moved from there without checked-in. So now I would request you to please do not pay any amount to this place if possible. What I have decided not to book any further my tours. One advice after I have suffered this loss “Do not recommend this place to any of your customer”.
