Good cleanliness, ambience and service. Limited choice for breakfast and food

Very bad experience.Bed mattress has spring and it was coming out of it which made uncomfortable and difficult to sleep

Property location is good. All services are good , But little maintenance issues related to bath fittings. Overall good hotel.

Stay was average . Rooms were okay but not justify the rate charged online . Felt almost double price was paid after staying. Breakfast served in Morning was not good and most likely stale . Only good thing was location . Parking facility is available and you can easily get e-rikshaw from outside hotel.

It was awesome experience as rooms were clean and well connected to prem mandir. Staff were polite and friendly.

Services were poor, had to ask multiple times for basic room/washroom amenities. Washroom taps were leaking making dirty water flow everywhere. Prices for room were too high if compared to service/amenities. Room prices were too high to be paid if compared to basic amenities/things provided. There toilet were so nasty, smelly toilet jet was not working would not suggest this property to anyone

The stay at santosh dham was absolutely comfortable. Located in vicinity of most temple's. The staff and service is also good. No complains here

Beautiful location, nice clean room, samptous food every thing is marvelous. Every mandir is just walking distance from this hotel.

Lobby was full of mosquitoes. Very unhygienic hotel. Room bathrooms was very dirty. The sheets were smelling. Terrible is a good word for this hotel.

Bathroom is very congested and water supply in bathroom was very slow and restaurant lunch time was to late

There was a rat who jumped on my wife just when she was taking a look at the so-called luxury room. There is no exhaust or fresh air fan in bathroom. I booked the room with breakfast. And breakfast was pathetic. Tea was kept in large mayur jug as if in a langar. Parantha was out of sight. Owner/manager so called himself ordered his staff to clean the room which as per them was sanitized 2 days back. After assuring that the rat was removed. Only to found again by be 2 days later, when it's (rat's) hole was found near almirah the flow of water was very poor, they had to call a plumber to fix the issue. The hot water in the room is of course a problem. The business of the owner and sr. Manager is the hospitality sector but their attitude is far away from it leave the courtesy to ask if, after the failed attempt to catch rat, how was the night or show the remorse.
