Terrible stay. AC switched off by someone from outside of the room during night. Room & washroom was not clean. Facing issue during check in as well..

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Hotel ,booked via your agency . From the moment I arrived, the experience was far below any reasonable standard. The room was in unacceptable condition—[e.g., dirty, poorly maintained, amenities not functioning]. Staff were unhelpful and at times outright rude, offering no meaningful assistance when I raised concerns. To make matters worse, the representation of the property on your booking platform was highly misleading. The reality of the hotel did not match the descriptions or images provided. This is a serious breach of trust and a failure in your duty to vet and uphold quality standards for your customers. This stay was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I expected a basic level of comfort and professionalism, and received neither. I request the following: • A full explanation as to how such a substandard property is being promoted • Immediate action to address this issue with the hotel as not to provide good facility - Seepage wall / not facility of water / soap/ towel etc . • A formal apology and appropriate compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused

terrible stay we checked in after 10 pm and as refund policy not applicable on this hotel I booked ac room and from 11.00 pm to next day 5:00 am there is no electricity they provide inverter facility and inverter also got down at 1:00 am over all terrible stay request kindly refund my amount

unprofessional staffs & No management everyday water unavailable in morning Uncleaned washroom,No sweeping in room,Bad condition Bed sheets and torned.. Never trust and never stay in this hotel

The Room boy was rude. The room was not clean. The bed sheets and floor were not clean. When I said to change the bedsheets I was told by the room boy that they didn’t have any bedsheets. When we asked him to help us with luggage to get down from the second floor he went out of a hotel.

I am travelling with my family there areTerrible rooms, no water coming in taps, walls are peelings, staff are very misbehaving, blankets and bed sheets are very dirty

Choice wisely 1 st or second floor avoid ground floor also not that much hygiene 👍👍👍all it appears good

for location we have to ask so many people on the road, hotel is 1 Star, no proper washroom were maintained- owner said we have acquired the hotel from some party 10 days back that's why it is not proper, no cafeteria is provided by hotel service providers, No lift in hotel & no landline to connect to reception of hotel.

No water in bathroom

Very bad stay at this hotel behaviour of hotel staff is very poor no water in tap at 5:00 am morning and staff use abusive words

The common areas were bright and welcoming. A good stopover for those on long trips.

Room was well-kept, with cozy bedding. Staff was welcoming and made the stay comfortable.

Name of the hotel is wrong service is poor no phone you have to go down for towel water anything. Not at all recommended for family couple

The beds were soft and cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep after a tiring day. Staff was always around to help.

There is no 24/7 electricity one had to wait for warm water for the geyser to work as power outage is frequent. Room 201 flush is not working fan regulator not working you can't slow the speed you have two options turn it off or it will run at maximum speed. Blanket and bedsheets had stains even the staff is aware about it no chair

Everything was in place for a great stay. The room was cozy, and the staff were efficient.

We had a relaxing stay with a great atmosphere throughout the hotel. Everything was well-kept, and the staff was attentive.

The room was neat, and the staff was helpful. Our stay was very comfortable. Housekeeping was regular and well-timed.
