I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Hotel ,booked via your agency .
From the moment I arrived, the experience was far below any reasonable standard. The room was in unacceptable condition—[e.g., dirty, poorly maintained, amenities not functioning]. Staff were unhelpful and at times outright rude, offering no meaningful assistance when I raised concerns.
To make matters worse, the representation of the property on your booking platform was highly misleading. The reality of the hotel did not match the descriptions or images provided. This is a serious breach of trust and a failure in your duty to vet and uphold quality standards for your customers.
This stay was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I expected a basic level of comfort and professionalism, and received neither.
I request the following:
• A full explanation as to how such a substandard property is being promoted
• Immediate action to address this issue with the hotel as not to provide good facility - Seepage wall / not facility of water / soap/ towel etc .
• A formal apology and appropriate compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused
