i had the worst resort experience of my life here. I paid for this worthless room. cleanliness was not there in room and basic amenities were missing life handwash soap towel also the bedsheet was not clean. also the washdoor was completely torn down. worst experience. was not even worth half the price

Very disappointing experience. The hotel did not provide the facilities it advertised. The laundry service was a complete scam – they charged 5,000 INR instead of the 400 INR stated, which is outrageous. The room was not clean, with poor hygiene standards, and the AC did not work at all despite the hot weather. Even the shower was leaking and created puddles inside the room. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible value for money

The room was ok, but the resort is in dilapidated conditions. Light missed thrice at night, water shortage in morning. So I don't recommend this resort to others

1- Had to change rooms five times 2- Lack of maintenance. 3- No safety measures as fire caught due to defective wiring condition 4- No hospitality 5- No hygiene (dirty rooms and pool) 6- No vehicle facility 7- No amenities provided 8- Food quality was very poor 9- No attention to guests and their basic requirements

Lovely stay, very co-operative and caring staffs, hygiene and ambience was great. Looking forward to stay at the same resort again next time.

Without ac in this hot weather bed quality is just hard and dirty water is to hot dirty bathroom. We stay like in a hell

The place was very badly managed with room plaster chipping every where in room, bathroom fittings covered with rust & not working, tv/cable not working due to insufficient account balance, room service taking 1. 5 hours to serve break fast or any meal, swimming pool filled all the time with local persons with no rule of wearing swimming costume in pool, person seen wearing langot in pool. Terrible experience staying there but since we had paid money in advance so had no option but to stay there.

Pros: location is good in natural environment. Cons: no water in tank on first day. Poorly maintained with seepage on walls. Poor unprepared faucets and taps. No hot water for bath. No mosquito mats in mosquito friendly wild life sanctuary area. No regulators on fans. Poorly maintained property.

Excellent staff, always listen and fulfill your needs. Too good. The food was tasty. They even dropped me to the bus stand.

On road and easy to find location of the property. Food is good. Coffee served by them is excellent. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Comfortable stay. Sanjeev Kuntal the manager is very friendly there. My overall experience was good 👍🏼
