Excellent Stay
I stayed for two night nights in this hotel and completely satisfied with the service of property. Hotel staff was cooperative and quite helpful. Murat Singh and Yadav both were supportive so I will recommended for this property.

Good supportive and polite staff. they allowed early checkin and extended checkout for 1 hour Service is good. Royal entrace and ample amount of space in lawn area However as per the price range, hotel room is not upto the mark. No smart TV. channel subscription was over.

Best experience and hospitality in Vrindavan
I had a long weekend vacation plan so I thought of taking the first pit stop at Vrindavan. I found this hotel and trust me this was the best I decision I made. Hotel has its own lawn garden right in middle of the property which is accessible for guests and all the staff is so humble and polite which instantly triggers that spiritual connection on this holy place. Rooms are decent looking and larger than expected, Jay singh ji even helped me with upgrading my room to suite which has 2 king size beds 😱 and most comfy mattresses I’ve ever slept on. J

if I am compare the room the charges is very high and also some staff person miss behave taking high charges for basic facilities like early checking aur extra matrix part and also room is very unhygienic and not clean properly among with washroom was so dirty also they are not give any kind of extra facilities.

the room and washroom were untidy and smelly. there were problems with the room so we had to change it thrice. very uncomfortable.
