Very helpful staff and very well maintained hotel.

The room and washroom were clean, and the food and restaurant were good. The front office service is good. the property is very close to Banke Bihari Lal ji temple. Overall, .our experience is good

Location bahut acchi h aur hotel bhi bahut accha hai, sath hi inki room service bhi bahut acchi h..Khane bhi inke thik h Aur inke baat karne ka behavior bhi bahut accha tha. Thank u so much🥰

Rooms were dirty and smelly, Bathrooms were also not clean. Avoid availing rooms here. Overall, it was not worth the money

The property is very old, permanent smell will occur due to long time room closure. If you are ordering anything for your breakfast make sure everything is included in your meal otherwise they will charge you for reorder.

Staff was really good including security guards who helped in guiding about the major places to visit. Location of the hotel is walkable distance to Banke Bihari temple, and in the heart of Vrindavan where transportation is easily accessible

kitchen head behaviour was very dude we ordered 3 bottles of mineral water but not supplied to us during whole of our stay there.

Banke Bihari mandir 100 mtr. but this is just a hotel to stay with bot much expectations. * ROOMS AND CORRIDOR ANS Restaurant were clean *Beedsheet Pillow and Blanket is very old, you may feel uneasy while using as few cockroach were roaming on bed. * No water bottle and Toothpaste Brush provided * You can get more options nearby with similar prices and better amenities. otherwise wise if you want to stay at Nearby hotel with Parking... good to go.

Not upto the mark ,blankets could have been more better. Towels were not cleaned. They were old, Rugged and unhygienic. Water Bottles were not In the room. It seemed we were overcharged in comparison to the services we received.

the food is good and homelike. Stayed for 3 days and clean rooms. Also, the location is near the Banke Bihari ji temple.

Room quality - 3/5(lack hygiene in bedsheets, pillows, and blankets) washroom- 4/5(quite decent and manageable) parking- open parking in hotel premise, can be challenging if crowded. Staff behavior & support- 5/5(the staff is very much helpfull, we did late check in so they allowed to stay late even after check out time, appreciated) overall good stay and recommended specially because of staff's humble support.

Receptionist is so rude, I requested him to provide empty plates and spoon for breakfast. he replied me very rudely that (Abki baar bhej rhe hai age se ni bhejenge). so bad behaviour to customers. receptionist is not aware that the hotel is running by customer rupees.

The location of the hotel is good. The amenities should be better. There should be tea kettle in the rooms. Tv wasn't working. The stool in the washroom should be of good quality. The boys working are polite and courteous.
