Lovely stay amazing food and best service we really enjoyed our stay and it was best best experience staying in Krishna valley resort. Food was super yummy and amazing service and very supportive staff they made our stay memorable. This property is on highway so flexible with toto autos and Rapido and Ola. It’s 1.5 kms from char sham mandir

The room i get was not as shown in the picture. Washroom was not clean and walls was dirty. So we asked manager to arrange a different room and for that we need to pay more directly.

Worst ever stay. Sever hygiene issues. Lot of insects and worms around. At first the room wasn’t properly clean, had bad smell and fan was not working. They changed the room. The new room had lot of insects. We booked 2 rooms, both had same issue. On the top of it they have frequent power cuts. At least 8-10 cuts per hour

Nice room and prompt house keeping service

Very big property with great services promised. But the bigness of property is hampering the services. AÇ leaking informed them many times but no one came to attend. Ordered RO water but needed to be followed up three four times to get it. Swimming pool was full of insects. Buffet breakfast was not provided saying occupancy is low so cannot provide buffet. And so in essence keep expectations low.

I recently stayed at Krishna Valley Wellness Resort in Vrindavan, and it was a truly peaceful experience. The surroundings are calm and green, offering a great break from the city. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was very polite and helpful. I really liked the pure vegetarian food. Hotel is close to ISKCON and other temples, making it convenient for us. Would definitely recommend it if you're visiting Vrindavan.

No cleaning, poor room service, fooling in the name of breakfast, ac not working, they don’t have staff.

i booked a deluxe room but at the time of check-in they changed our room. which is totally different from the deluxe room... the swimming pool was dirty we just booked the room for 4 hours to enjoy at the swimming pool but not able to do so! we ordered rajma and rice , The rice was half cooked and butter nan they served stale butter naan i am totally dissatisfied from the hotel and their service
