Extremely Disappointing Stay: Look Elsewhere for This Price Point My recent stay at SNJ Laxmi dham was unfortunately one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had in years. I booked this hotel expecting a comfortable, organized environment for the price we paid, but what we received fell drastically short of acceptable standards. I strongly advise guests to consider other options in the area. At this price point, you can certainly find a better-located hotel with superior amenities and, critically, clean and organized rooms. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.

Property is good at price point considering it’s on road location and smooth access to main temples through Battery rickshaw and own car as well . Have sufficient parking space and food is fine too but hotel staff should more focus on hygiene as we stayed for two days and on second day even after conveying myself to change bed sheet , they didn’t change the same . Small things but makes a lot different experience overall .

Location is good. Very Arrogant and Rude Reception desk Managers, Non co-operative in everything. It’s better to stay in Bhawans rather than to stay in this so called hotel.

My overall stay at SNJ Laxmi Dham, Vrindavan was truly wonderful. I honestly don’t understand why there are negative reviews online for this property. From the warm welcome and helpful reception to the delicious food, attentive room service, clean toiletries, fresh bed sheets, reliable AC, and seamless power backup—everything felt like a 4-star hotel at an economical budget. I will definitely be coming back with my entire family and will happily recommend this place to my friends as well.

Food quality is poor. Location is good. Rooms are good but room service is slow. Overall a fair option if you just want to use the room to sleep and visit the temples in Vrindavan.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days and we had 3 rooms for 7 people. One of the rooms had triple occupancy. We asked for an extra bedding the staff told us that they’ll only provide the mattress and we’ll have to keep that on the floor and then lay on it. The next day we saw in one of the other rooms that they had provided the bed as well, we called them and asked how did they provide other people with the bed ?! They said that we had booked through MakeMyTrip thats why they will not provide us with the bed and only the mattress and bedding. What kind of ridiculous service is that ?? Also had electricity and flush issues. Absolutely poor experience.

The overall property is new and clean.The location is also good. I booked an executive deluxe room for 3 people but their executive deluxe room only has 1 queen size double bed. We had to put extra mattress on the floor to accommodate the 3rd person. We booked with Lunch and Breakfast included but they do not have a dinner buffet, you have to order ala-carte(special thali) only from room service.

It is a decent stay with clean rooms and good location. Food was also fine although we just tried chai and poha, staff is fine too. The only problem we faced was their AC didn’t work for a while and upon multiple requests they changed our room finally. The water that was coming from taps was blazing hot too - you can say this is because of June weather but they should have done proper arrangements. Apart from this everything was decent. We didn’t face any problem once they changed our room after I shouted on their staff because of 3 hours of sheer harrasment.

Good location, cooperative staff, clean and tidy property, food was also good to average. Overall amenities were fine

cleaned room , service is also good, only issue with water. we stayed in summer but the tap water is always hot there is no option to keep the water cool.
