Review Of Hotel Victerrace Regency

The rooms were dusty and not clean. No water in the bathroom..had to raise a complaint. Bedcovers and towels were worn out. Cobwebs in the room. Window acs making terrible noise.

On google i found the property food is good n hospitality is good helpful staff n cleaned rooms

Hotel quality is not good , bathroom is very small and ac like 1975 oldest disturbing by it's sound. Room floor not clean properly... But hotel staff is so good..and service is very good

I like the hotel. The room is spacious. Food is also good. The only thing that we faced was the smoking smell in the common area outside the room as some of the visitors smoke outside. Delay in food service. Overall I like the hotel. Good to stay.

The room was congested. But was clean. Staff were good. Service too is good. Location is accessible but no parking space. Communication is good in terms of transport.

It was very pleasant stay at this property. The location of the property was very nice, staff behaviour was very polite. The only problem that i face was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Rest of all is ok.

Every thing you ask for either it will addressed after multiple reminders or will not be addressed. Few things to mention: to fulfill room service you need to call multiple times at front desk, dinner will take at least an hour to deliver to room. Room furniture and mattress are of worst quality. On top of that. Hotel manager attitude of talking with customer is as if the person is talking to his hotel staffs. Truly unprofessional and unacceptable. Think at least 3 times before you book this place for your stay.

Location great. Hotel clean and rooms spacious with clean bathroom with all proper fittings. Good service got from front desk, room service, and housekeeping. A portable weighing machine for luggage weighing somewhere within establishment would have been a bonus.

Nice location. Near to Kali temple and shopping mall. Waking distance to nearby restaurants.
