Proprioter behavior was good. No display board of guest house. As properioter was in touch on phone otherwise it was not possible to locate it . On counter staff was not aware and was not ready accept. Toilet sheat was not clean. No bath soap provided. One towel provided for two persons. Food provided was up to satisfaction. Overall satisfactory.

Food is really good. service was also good but rooms are very normal not same like picture . not worth it for that. card flexibility is not their. now days accepting cards is very normal.

Location and food was good staff was average and connectivity was good. All the more there was good ambience around the property.

जो प्रॉपर्टी दिखाई गई है, असल में उसमें नहीं रुकवाया गया। आर्यन गेस्ट हाउस के केयरटेकर ने किसी और प्रॉपर्टी में रुकवाया। इस बारे में उनसे जब मैंने बात की तो उन्होंने कहा कि वे इस बदलाव की जानकारी दे चुके हैं लेकिन आप लोग अपडेट नहीं कर रहे हैं!

Nice location,, clean, organised. Moreover caretaker and owner response is just wow. Its great to stay out there.

The host is well mannered and called himself to make sure that we have reached the property or not. The caretakers were very polite and catered all our requirements. Overall the stay was very nice and the charges were reasonable. Hope they continue to provide this kind of service at such rates.

Showing some another property in mm t and after booking the caretaker told as there is no availability of room in d property u booked. I am upgrading u to another property. As d housekeeping people were good but room were not upto d mark.

The host was very hospitable and ensured we got convenient and accessible rooms (travelled with my grandmother). The rooms were clean and the food was yummy. Would recommend for a stay! The place will stay in my memory forever, my parents and my boyfriend met here for the first time 😁

It is a nice place for bachelor and groups at this price, especially their food is great but their environment is not so good for the couples otherwise if you are travelling solo or with friends it is a good option at this price 😊

We did not have a pleasing experience here. The staff and caretaker were very concerned about loud music/sound from the onset of our arrival. They do not have a menu card for food and it appears the food is delivered by zomato/local restaurant. The wi-fi does not work inside rooms. The combo pack of 2 rooms are separate - while booking i was suggested for the 2 room option and it seemed they were connected - but they weren’t. The rooms in 1st floor were said to be preoccupied whereas i had booked the rooms 1 week back. So if you are lucky you might get 1st floor rooms - else not. I will not recommend this place.

As per the mentioned information in the app all the details were correct to it's absolute sense, all the standard of quality starting from food till staff's service were justified to the money amount. Also the behaviour of the caretaker was really good and helpful.

Food is very good and staff is also nice. But no wifi was available in my room i had to go to the dinning table for internet.

Very cordial staff. Helpful. You can choose this if your budget is tight but you are looking for something neat and clean.

We were group of three stayed for 3 nights. Food was superb, their cook is very professional and had maintained the kitchen neat and clean, also the taste of food was yumm, location is good, property was clean, felt homely atmosphere. Charge of property was lil higher as there was some exam going on in kolkata, everything else was just perfect.
