Room curtain was broken, no maintenance, not proper switch connection of lighting, no bedsheet on bed

It is nearby kolkata airport and good for one night stay because it is not clean room and bed sheets are not so good quality

The condition of the hotel room is not good. No maintenance is done by the staff. The ac is very loud and all the curtains, doors and windows are covered in dust. The intercom was not working and the lift was very bad, a child got a head injury because of the lift door. However overall the hotel is below rated and if you want a good stay then never look at this hotel.

Overall the room was good and well furnished. Washrooms were clean. But the rate of the food is little bit high.

Rooms are not good there are cockroaches in room, rooms are congested, corridor was having smoky smell. Bathroom not good

It’s budget hotel managed by decent people. Don’t expect 100% professionalism from them. Rooms are good. On main road and near airport

Staffs are very rude. They denied serving complementary foods. Even charged packaged drinking water 50 percent more than the mrp.

A/c damage & tv not working this room is 500- per night is best but price too high

Rupasi bangla is a nice and average place for stay for budget traveller. Location, in budget, gives it an edge. Clean small rooms n washrooms.

everything will be ok, but at the time of checking, my guest flight is delayed that's why my guest is reach in kolkata at late night around 1:30 am at midnight, when she want to check in your hotel staff not opend the door and she will not check in that day, and she will be check in another hotel, after that incident she will be check in next morning kindly make some improvement

Room condition was not good and also not maintained. Food quality was good though but hygine is compromised big times.

hotel is located in main VIP road ,very near to airport and new town, Chinar park etc. lot of e riksha available infront of the hotel for any short trips around.

Mostly third class. I was not stayed there. Once seen the room i had shift to another hotel. Lost 9k. Make my trip is now started cheating people
