Though location is quite inside area, old building but room is very much clean & sanitized. AC works very well. But Manager's behavior is quite negative always though he is in hospitality business. No food is prepared by this hotel rather they purchase from a third party so foods are quite over priced.

Room & Bathroom was neat and clean. We were 3 persons. But they have given 3 single bed where 5 peoples can easily adjust. Very good service at all. So excellent.

DON'T BOOK THIS GUEST HOUS
Staying in the guest house is really terrible. No food available. No cook available. When we reached the guest house, they sprayed a room freshner which was really bad perfumed. And the location is so remote. No restaurants nearby and no proper shops available. Guests need walk around 2-3 km for proper shop and restaurants. Room was clean, but bed and bedsheets are dumpy. At the time of checkout, they told us that we made some dirt on the bedsheets and they charged 1000 rupees for that. I stayed in many hotels but no one charged for making a 1cm dirt on bedsheets. So unfair so rude. I strongly recommend not to stay in the guest house.

Unfortunately, the condition of the linen after your checkout made them unusable for future guests, and as a hospitality provider, we must maintain proper hygiene and standards. This is a standard policy, and all guests are held equally accountable to ensure a pleasant experience for others. As for your other claims: •A food menu is clearly provided in each room, and our kitchen remains operational during standard hours. If there was any issue in placing an order, it would have been addressed promptly had it been brought to our attention. •Regarding the location, we are situated in a peaceful and accessible area. There are several local shops within a 5–10 minute walking distance, and many of our guests have appreciated the convenience and quiet surroundings. We strive to maintain transparency, fairness, and good service to all our guests.

Very good stay, value for money stay
Room was super clean, good in size, bathroom was clean and good in condition. Stuff behavior was good. Overall all things was very good and I am satisfied.

Terrible Stay
Extremely bad. Room was smelly. Linens were not clean. I booked for two days but stayed there for one hour only in total. Wont suggest anybody. Location was also improper.

Good Stay
so far so good. the property is good. just like staying in our own home. but the staff didn't give us one extra minute to check out. i asked them to give us extra 30 minutes before check out so that we can have a walk outside the beautiful Kolkata Entellay market. but the staff ferociously and rudely refused our request and asked us to check out and put our bags outside of the room and go to walk. we did like that. that is totally unacceptable and unethical. in some hotels they give us atleast one hour to check out. they have to listen and relax it a bit and respect it's customers. otherwise it's a good family hotel. the room attendants are good. they are not there always. they come in the morning hours only. but ok.

Ok for a night stay, room without attached bathroom is a challenge this should be addressed by guest house owner. In the mid of night walking out of your room to your dedicated private wash room which is 20 mts away

Solo travel review
So i stayed in a single adult ac room for 3 nights. The room doesn't have an attached bathroom. You are provided your own private bathroom (you can lock the bathroom after use and keep the key with you) outside your room in the verandah. Let's review. Pros: complete privacy in your room, geyser available, overall cleanliness is very well maintained cons (need to improve) poor quality of the towel, tv remote not working properly, no provision for hanging clothes final comments: overpriced for the facilities offered; need to show more hospitality to guests; may not seem romantic for couples; good stay for solo travelers. Rating 4/5
