Terrible Stay

What happened i tell you, i checked in on 15 november, as soon as i entered the room, i went to washroom and to my surprised window of toilet partly open followed by grill, i tried to fix it but i couldn't as it's beyond my reach anyone could peep inside the toilet. Every where in the toilet corrosion is there. Mosquitos are there. Staff should learn to maintain decorum every now and then someone came and banging on the door. Next time i won't book this hotel. No room clean from the staff during my stay in the hotel

Excellent Stay

We had beautiful stay. Everything was good, rooms were so clean and beautiful. Caretaker was very good, he provided us everything we required. We would love to stay again while going to calcutta.
