Windows lock brocken, bathroom was too small. Because of road side hotel, there was heavy noise of traffic

Near the Railway station. Good for a short Stay if I have a break stay in Kolkata. Not recommended for family.

Receptionist behaviour was so rude . Look like receptionist was not happy because I booked room. He was continue saying " he has no option but will have to give me room because you booked room but don't expect any support from me".. No room cleaning, no service, rude behaviour

The service was horrible, we weren't allowed to stay as we are from another country even when we have our passports and all. No thanks

Rooms are not good. Too small. No wash basins. No sanitization. No tv. Not clean. Room was very dirty. No resturant in the hotel.
