Review Of LUXE LAGOON

1st of all the hotel receptionist tried to sell their bigger rooms at the time of check in. We denied his proposal for upgrading the room. Rooms were dirty and when we requested the hotel staff to change the bed sheet, they said it can only be done with their bigger and pricier rooms. Had experienced a very delayed service overall from the hotel staffs. Moreover at the time of check out, they forcefully tried to give ratings and good google reviews from our devices. This is something completely unacceptable. This hotel is not eligible for getting 1 star also.

Thre were two caretakers, one with long hairs and the other shorter in height. When my sister and my husband were getting back in the night after fetching some food, bith of them insinuated malicious intenet to a point. The second one was drunk and came on to my sister to the extent of aksing her number in the lift. All this while in 4 other rooms my family was staying. The audacity stunned me. To top it all the doors open and close with a code that these folks know. I dont know how management is ensuring security. Couples, small families with young women in the group, please avoid staying here.

It was Beyond realisation this hotel never make me disappoint it was the next time hear at luxe lagoon what a service whenever you come even late night check in smooth comming back again

the hotel luxe lagoon provides worst service the rooms was not clean the hall area lift are in bad condition .

The room they showed on mmt was very small The management ask me to upgrade to deluxe with extra 700, in night manager directly barged in room and start checking water heater they didn't have any concern about privac

this hotel is really awesome to stay the rooms are good well maintained the ambience is great the common area is wide and has space to sit and relax the manager Avinash is great at his work and the staff the management is also good highly recommendes

All well. Behaviour of Staff is good. new property. Rooms are well maintenand. Room food service they have not started but soon it will be started. overall all good.

Location is very good,dining is not available, services is good but not up to the mark,more promptness is required, regarding cleanliness they should focus more.

BATHROOM DOOR IS NOT WORKING, AC FAILURE WHOLE NIGHT WATER DROPING IN BED ,BATHROOM FLUSH IS NOT WORKING
