The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. rooms are very clean nd I'm very happy to stay everything is awesome 😎Friendly staff. Clean hotel. There is a beautifulstayed at the most beautiful, elegant-looking hotel. The rooms are unique, with stunning views. The room rates are reasonable, too. I will come back for sure!

Very good stay

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This so-called hotel is a complete scam and should be blacklisted from all booking platforms. First of all, they’re listed under a completely fake name on MakeMyTrip, which is the first red flag. The hotel owner and staff are nothing but greedy and dishonest, only interested in squeezing out money from innocent customers. When I arrived, the manager flat-out denied my check-in, even though I had a confirmed booking. After arguing, he suddenly changed his statement and said, “We can give you a room, but the washroom is not working.” Seriously? What kind of hotel operates like this? I had no choice but to leave due to their complete lack of basic facilities, and when I contacted MMT, the hotel shamelessly denied any wrongdoing and refused a refund. They had the audacity to claim the manager “made a mistake.” What kind of “mistakes” are we talking about when customers are left stranded without a room? They demanded ₹1500 for NOTHING – no room, no service, just lies. This is not just unprofessional, it’s outright fraud. Avoid this place at all costs. They are running a scam, and no traveler should have to go through this nightmare. MMT should take strict action and delist this property immediately.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists who were always available to assist with my requests. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions and with easy access to public transportation.
