Smelly washroom and unsafe location at night lack of professionalism didn’t like the hotel or rooms at all

No hot water or drinking water was provided during my stay. I had to change rooms twice due to improper water supply. The room allocated was not as shown in the booking images. The television was not working due to a signal issue. The air conditioner was fixed at one temperature and could not be adjusted. Hygiene standards were very poor. Basic amenities such as shampoo and soap were not provided until after three follow-ups. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, and I believe corrective measures are necessary to prevent such inconvenience to future guests.

stay was just not upto the mark, cockroach were there inside washroom, curtains and bed were messy. we had to change room for once it was that pathetic. glad that I didn't choose this hotel for my whole stay.

Room nice clean and mountain view staff and service good staff very helpful and polite location good near by bus stand and ganga river triveni ghaat.

Rooms were Dirty and walls were damp. Also there was no ventilation in the room. The toilet was under maintenance tiling half way. I will never recommend this hotel.

positives : nearby to bus stand negatives: cockroaches will give you company everywhere right from the eating table to the bathroom and even to the bed. they will supply you with food of such quality that you will have to skip half of it. will not allot the agreed upon room.

As per price services and facilities not provided

I stayed 2 nights. Room is good. Food and service also very good. Staffs are very cooperative. On the whole it was good experience. Thank you.

The room was not sanitized, intact they offered the room with not even bedding changed from last guests and this is happening during covid time. That’s height and even staff says we only change the bedding if guest ask to do so. Now you can imagine the rest.

The lie you about the location which says that the rooms have the balcony view of laksman jhoola and in reality there was no view of lakshman jhula and the area is surrounded by local vegetable market, which is very noisy. Rooms were very dirty, walls of the rooms were pathetic. Bedsheets, quilts were also below the mark. Rooms were stinky. In short i will say that not at all a good place to stay. Thank you. Please improve the same.

Hotel's and staff are good

Hotel staff was so helpful we reach night 2 pm. Within five min they give room. I m so happy

Hotel service is good. Restaurant is pure veg food is good. Room was smelly initially but later improved after they sprayed some air freshener.

Checked in here. Good location. Clean n spacious rooms especially with mountain view. Though slightly overpriced yet acceptable. Great restaurant and food. No welcome drinks, toiletries, tea coffee machine and newspaper. But can be provided at small cost. The only issue I faced was of room heating. Though AC is there for summer. No blowers or electric blankets provided for heating our bedding. So had to face chilly weather making stay forgetful. But reception admitted mistake and assured of improvement. That settled it all.

As there is no space for parking

We stayed here for 1 day to visit Ganga Arati and few temples. We liked their food. Hotel staffs are really nice people.
