Such a poor property and staffs are very arrogant!! Even for drinking water we need to wait 2 hrs after request!!! Moreover the behaviour at reception is terrific . Suggest MMT not to list any such hotels

Parking is only available for 4 cars Bathrooms are not at all clean Bed sheet , bathing towels are contaminated with stains and dirt

This is not 3 star. Small room, no proper toiletries, not so clean, poor quality of food and not good.

It is an average property where the quality of the bed is poor and the rest room door was in terrible condition that it will definitely harm some hands in the lock. Rooms size also considerably small and definitely not worth its prize.

Over all not so great location - It is located in the busy and centre place of the city and the parking space is very much limited. Cleanliness - Average (not satisfied) Food - Normal Service - Prompt service

The bed was so badly done, it was not like mattress at all, the washroom was run down and door cannot be closed, toilet hand shower has no stand to place it's just be mounted on the closet, only saving grace was the service at the breakfast counter. Make sure the hotel correct this at the earliest

Poor conditions of washroom leaky taps, no water in flush, shower not working properly. Also, the housekeeping is extremely poor. You need to call 10 times and still wait for 3 hours to get a basic things like water bottle in delivered in the room. I don't have images

Service is very poor. Rooms are not comfortable. The toilet is in bad condition. The towels are so dirty. Telephone doesn't work. Food also not good. No items on menu are available. Complimentary breakfast also was not proper. Insufficient staff on the premises. Overall very poor experience.

Room is neat and clean. Their complimentary breakfast also excellent. For this budget, it is too good.

Mattress was uneven, which caused back pain hot water was not coming in the bathroom, which made my life miserable as we stayed with our one-month old newborn baby. I had to change rooms thrice. Intercom was not working to raise complaints- i had to go down every time for making complaints. I complained the same to makemytrip, finally the issue was resolved partially. Further car parking is also not adequate, the visitors with cars should make note before selecting this hotel.
