Worst hotel ever, don't stay, there are better hotels nearby

Worst hotel ever. Reception guys behaves like he owns us and we should do whatever he tells us. Took extra charges unnecessary and took advantage of our late night entry. Not at all cooperative, bad behaviour. Bathroom latch is broken, lights don't work properly.

reception it self very worst experience .. they hv not welcomed the guest properly …! very lethargic approach … fully oriented on collecting one only … no restaurant in the hotel .. but charged for complementary breakfast … no services in the room like coffee tea maker like that …!

This place is a terrible option to stay at, with poor hospitality and serious issues in hygiene. The bedspread was dirty, and the infrastructure was in a very bad condition. The room lacked basic functioning amenities—none of the electric plugs worked. To make matters worse, the price is highly inflated,I would never recommend this place to anyone.

No proper welcome reception. The male receptionist kept a grim face as though we have come to stay free. No courtesy in providing a rest room for a female child on arrival (11 55. Speaking rules. Only one lift is available that was also not working from wednesday evening to thursday morning when we checked out. Bathroom was also not up to our expectation. They don't deserve to be a three star rating.
