Satisfied. If needed, will stay there again. Good points; 1. Clean Room, toilets 2. Good location: No Restaurant. But, many good restaurant within 1 km. 3. Free Parking; Covered; Space is small. But security guide and manage well. 4. Courteous helpful staff: I reported a small issue with toilet. They responded quickly. 5. Free Drinking water Dispenser. 6. Safe for Family. Advice: Rooms are small. Adequate. If too much luggage, ask for bigger room. Points to improve: The seat of toilet commode was not standing in upright position and kept falling down. Usage slightly uncomfortable for short job. Points to improve:

I recently stayed at Grande inn , and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in process. Their professionalism and friendliness truly set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities—luxurious toiletries, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a fully stocked minibar—made the stay even more enjoyable.

Though this is a new and upcoming property, certainly a fresh decor with brand new Mitsubishi cassette ACs in the rooms we stayed, makes it a good stay and value for money especially coz it’s very close to the temple. A good restaurant is possibly will remain a miss for some more time to come. On the whole it has been a good stay at Pillayarpatti.

Restaurant was not there in the Hotel. In my package Complementary breakfast and Evening High-Tea was included. A complimentary breakfast was the packed food given inside the room. But there was no High-Tea. Whom to be blamed on, The Hotel or MAKE MY TRIP for giving these features in my voucher.

The family room was spacious for 4 of us and very comfortable. The service was nice and we had a small issue with the bathroom and it was quickly fixed. The Grande Inn is nicely and centrally located, to go to srirangam temple and u chi pilayar temple.

Stay was good. Room spacious, nice amenities, house keeping all services are good. There's no good restaurant! If you want food, you can order Swiggy and zomato only.
