Poor Stay
I recently stayed here on 7/11/25 and had a disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the room was not up to the mark, and the service was also lacking. Despite my expectations, the room didn't receive the attention it needed to ensure a comfortable stay.

Affordable and quality hotel for stay ..worth for money we pay ..clean and neat maintenance in the main area near chatram bus stand..The receptionist are friendly too

Excellent Stay
Room ( Queen Bed and Single Bed ) was very good. Hotel is located on the main road. So, good location. Good restaurants in the vicinity.

Average Stay
The room was really good. It's just that the bathroom ventilation was not very well. The staff was also nice. The beds were comfy. Yeah I wish they had a bit more spacious room and bigger mirror with lighting.

Good Stay
Convenient place for a short stay. Excellent location, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The 2-occupancy rooms are small (but we can't say its comfortable) Can't comment on the food because they don't have restaurant.

Average stay - but not bad
Good for a night stay. Rooms are very small. The Trichy rock can be seen from the terrace but most of the viewing places are blocked. The staff is helpful and the breakfast provided was nice.

Good Stay
The deluxe rooms, we used, were clean and neat but a bit small to accommodate bags besides the bed. The location is accessible and nearby Rock Temple. No restaurant, so no food. The hotel charged me Rs. 500 extra person room for early check-in and was not very accommodating in this case. I experienced that the staff was a bit rude on the phone and in negotiations. Value for money rooms.

while the finally provided room was okay, the night of checkin was nothing short of nightmare to deal with. poor room maintenance with electrical hazard risk in the bathroom, clean. in addition when asked for a room change, we were provided with a connecting room option, however those rooms were really really small. literally no space to walk around. I'm not even exaggerating it. so naturally we said no. and until we really had to escalate further after a lot of back and forth with their front office, we finally were given the F5 which was four person occupancy room. without q choice we chose that room as it was too late in the night and were there for two nights. we had been there before several years ago but this time it was worse

Poor Stay
The rooms are very small for the price, and overall, it doesn’t feel worth the money. If you’re planning to come with your family, I would strongly suggest avoiding this hotel. The bathroom is cramped, not properly maintained, and often has an unpleasant odor. The toiletries provided (shower gel and hand wash) are of poor quality and seem to be from local, non-branded products. Overall, this hotel is not suitable for a comfortable family stay. I’m sharing this honest feedback so that others can make an informed decision before booking.

Good hotel
Location is good near to Cuavery river bridge. No restaurant in the property good fresh tea and coffee are served on reasonble price with prompt services. Out side food allowed through Banana Leaf Restaurant their services and quality of food are not upto the mark. Amenities & services of hotel are good and prompt.
