hotel location is good also people are good ..rooms are well and good but cleaning is not good . no towel provided. bathroom are more slippery, this are the main things to change kindly consider about this

Poor response in reception and they do not provide towels. I requested and waited 20 minutes. Booth rooms are the worst.

Hygienic is NIL. Rooms/bedspread, towels are not cleaned ( nowadays government hospital bedspreada too good - this hotel was failed to maintain the room, cloths, atmosphere etc ( all are worst). We felt to Book the room ( saw their hotel images - I thought that might take 20 years earlier). I booked this hotel not for their name - only because Make my trip's brand. My strong suggestions - please delete their contract with you. Otherwise people will not trust you and your concern. Please do the needful actions....

our stay at Raams Hotel Park at Trichy was good. only the AC function was not satisfactory. The indoor blower was noisy. The overall service is good.

The place was good but we had a terrible experience at night due to a power outage, the generator was so noisy that it made the room vibrate causing difficulty in sleeping.

The property is right next to a bridge. Lots of road traffic noise. Photo of property does not depict the actual. No good hotels near nearby for food. Quality of rooms is substandard.

Hotel is well maintained with clean room...A nearby restaurant is added advantage....one night stayed and calm experience and nice sleep..
