Hotel Shri Swarna's Palace

the place is a good one for friends as it is located in the heart of the city you will have a good parking lot and the rooms are quite small but it is maintained well

rooms are good but there is no lift and it shud b mentioned in the property description felt cheated. please mention there is no lift along with property details so elderly people won't face problems

The Stay will be equivalent to a stay near to Cattle shed. Following are the issues. Also enclosed the video that the attender is talking to the electricien on the issues and he confirmed that the room is unfit for usage ( conversation in tamil) 1. No restroom ( asked us to use the opposite room rest room) 2. No fan switch to switch on the fan 3. No switch to switch off the lights ( entire night we struggled to sleep with all the lights switch on 4. Hand wash sink not working 5. TV is not working 6. Room full of mosquitos ( refer photo) 7. Room full of dust and cobwebs 8. Phone is there. But not functioning ( no intercom to connect) 9. Very unhygienic condition when the door is opened.

It was not good experience Pros - Room interior is good and stay was good cons- They have no lift facility and steps are too steep if going with elders be careful. I say please avoid this hotel for elders. horrible steps. parking can be done opposite hotel but its outside there compound no parking inside there premises. No helper boys in this hotel there was just old man which I don't recommend to put heavy luggage. Ideally we dint even thought to stay little extra we went slept and morning we checked out because we dint wanted to climb up and down in that steps.

No room service, & daily cleaning service not done

I reached there 20/01/25 5pm but i get room aftet 7pm, a/c not worked properly, no table, no shelf for keeping luggagees only one small chair, no drinking water, no washinh soaps, very small rooms, bathing water was muddy, no room service, rooms were fully mosquitoes. Totally the rooms were horrible.

Dirty room, smelly bedsheets , not worth to be listed in mmt , full dust mosquitoes very bad smell .

Opted this room on 25dec as planned for temple visits around srirangam. A few discomforts are, the room is very small and dungen. No tv inside. Paid upto 2890 and checked in around 12. 30 am of 26dec. But still supervisor wants us to vacate on time in 26dec. So hardly we used the room for 8 to 9 hrs and paid around 3000 which is not worth it for this property.

Very horrible stay. It was under construction and there was no attached bathroom. The room is also not clean. Very worst experience

I have booked executive ac. They have given only single occupancy room, that too ac is not properly working hot water service is not avail

Rooms were small. There are no windows facing outside. Restrooms were clean. Overall it's an average stay experience.

12 noon heck-in and 11 am check-out is not good way to attract customers. No restaurant inside or the near-by. In case of rain the road will be flooded to be careful and no lifts. No power points to charge the mobiles.

It is a house converted into a hotel 4. Rooms are very old and very cheap. 5. Very poor and old beds. 6. Not fit for people to stay. I have could not stay there for more than 5 minutes, immediately have handed over the key and there is no refund. I have taken up another hotel ( hotel deepam) and stayed there which has parking, very good accessibility, in the heart of the town for just

The booking made was for a 4-bed accommodation @ rs 3615 after discount, but on reaching the hotel they demanded that we pay rs 5800- + tax for it claiming mm t made an error in their systems. After prolonged discussion, we were given a 2-bed accommodation (hotel refused to return the difference between 4-bed and 2-bed) and we had no choice but accept it as we were there for a wedding and had more important tasks to attend to. We had to accommodate the other persons planned to be in staying here at an alternate location with difficulty and embarrassment.

No car parking, parked on the road, no room service, no restaurant facilities, cockroaches inside the room, it was just a bed and toilet inside four walls.
