There is no drivers accommodation, parking facilities inadequate wash roo.s for drivers inadequate

Centrally located, very good breakfast and neat and clean room with all amenities above all services was excellent.

1. The hotel is situated in the rear of a building and the front portion is Burger QSR. This is unacceptable for a hotel that charges per night. 2. The car parking is one of the most difficult areas to manoeuver as there is no place to turn inside and when you want to go up the ramp you need to carry out 3 manoeuvres before you go up. 3. The key card slot in the room is after the door swings out fully inside which means you grope in the dark. 4. The bathroom in #311 stinks when you put on the exhaust , disappears when switched off. 5. The restaurant is not for vegetarians if you understand better, we did not have breakfast though we had ordered. 6. We booked 2 nights but left after one night stay, partially because we had finished our temple visit but more so because the car park area was terrible and the stink . 7. Though we said not to enter the room on check in to check the stink , they entered (while we went for lunch) and sprayed room freshners without our permission as room sprays are dangerous and they had no permission to enter. Would never again stay here.

Good location, courteous and attentive staff. Room is not fully kept neatly. Towels were smelly and old kind. Bathroom was stinking a bit. AC wasn’t working in one of our rooms which got subsequently fixed. The toiletries including moisturiser were of very ordinary quality and have not been maintained well

Great stay at Park Avenue Business Hotel! Rooms were super clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect — close to shopping and temples.

Rooms are clean, staff are courteous and location is good. Food in their restaurant is not great. Otherwise a decent stay.

Hotel is centrally placed and has easy access to major attractions. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The facility has decent infrastructure also .

Good location, clean rooms, clean wash room, well stocked tea and coffee in room, friendly staff. Good restaurant. Menu selection is limited but is adequate. Overall stay was comfortable.

Very comfortable stay. Hotel is located on a main road. Easy access to transport - be it bus, Auto or taxi. Many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. (The hotel has a good restaurant too) Hotel has a plush and luxurious feel. Couple of improvement suggestions: 1. The light switches are somewhat complicated to operate. 2. Mattress was somewhat sagging. Can be more firm and comfortable.

courteous, helpful and cooperative staff. well maintained rooms. shower, wash room facilities and linens clean. value for money. only draw back is cellar parking - fine for small cars. Big cars like Safari - really tough to enter and park; require greater skills to patiently to take out. restaurent food is good and tasty too.

It’s was a short stay, room was neat and clean although has smoke smell. Since I’m non smoker it should be asked at the time of checking. Food is good with limited menu. Only muskmelon juice is not good seems like the fruit is rotten.

room are good well maintained. but outside food is not allowed. The house restaurant has a menu but the item available is limited. The taste is not exactly malabar style. even fresh juice available in that restaurant are watermelon and muskmelon. even if u didn't smoke inside the room they will charge amount of 500

Rooms are good. Parking is pathetic. Need to park in the basement, which is very narrow. Struggled everytime to take car out. Also, food is just average.
