location of the hotel is almost 4 km from railway station.Rooms were clean but service was terrible.No hot water in bathroom.Below standard room service

I paid 5000 for a room in this hotel. Which was not even worth of 1500. Very pathetic room, no room service. Overly priced restaurant. Suboptimal AC. No proper AC quilt. Pathetic stay

The room smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The bathroom is very small, and the pipes are leaking. The hot water supply is limited and doesn't get very hot. Additionally, there is no remote to control the temperature. On the positive side, the service is good, and the staff are friendly and courageous. However, the rooms are not worth the money. I would strongly not recommend this place for families"

Good stay for the family. The room was clean and had nice hospitality and the staff were polite and genuine.

The room is very spacious and well-maintained, with double beds as requested. The restrooms are clean and hygienic. Located in the center of Thiruchirapalli, it’s 7 km from Sri Ranganathan Temple and 9 km from the airport. There are many clothing showrooms and restaurants nearby. While there’s no in-house restaurant, they do have a kitchen that provides breakfast in the morning, which I found to be really nice.

Good and comfortable rooms, but there aren't restaurants nearby, also car parking is very narrow and confusing where to park, bikes occupy the car parking so taking n keeping the car parked was not so good.

For the money we paid and the name it has, i don't think it was worth it. The room was really average, just like a basic lodge. That's how i feel about it.

Room is nice and clean type but the wifi is not working type, hotel should not mention that providing free wifi. Overall the stay was nice.

Over all experience was good. Room neatness excellent. Especially toilet was excellent. For business people’s can stay here
