Breeze Residency

Rooms were not cleaned properly. Hair all over. Irresponsible staff. Very old property. Very unpleasant stay.

Excellent ambience, spacious rooms, hygienic restrooms, delicious meals and a wide spread at buffet breakfast. The staff were very courteous and we enjoyed a lot. It's one of the best property be it for businesses trip and family as well. I highly recommend this property.

My booking it was mentioned king size beds, but got twin beds only for both rooms

clean, good quality rooms and good food. it was worth it. location is accessible. recommend this hotel

Nice place though little away from the city centre place is old and can see in the furniture doors etc Breakfast choice and quality is very good Rooms are very Spacious

Very average stay, old property just decorated a bit. We checked in night at around 9pm and front desk experience was horrible. There wasn’t water bottles, we called couple of times and ignored. We requested for double bed as we had baby but they didn’t provide. Requested to join bed and they told they will send room service but they did not even after waiting for half an hit.. so we managed to do it in our own. Not a good option for the price

Stayed in so called ‘Luxury Suite’ at Breeze Residency. It wasn’t maintained like luxury suite. One good thing was the spacious room. Old and faded towels, linens. Old and damaged showers and taps. It is not the mistake of the housekeeping team, it is the management that may be restricting them supply rightly.

Mattress are worst

I extended my stay at Breeze Residency as I had more work to do. The stay and food both were excellent

I have stayed at Breeze Residency in the past and this time too. I have enjoyed both the stay in the room and the food in the restaurant. I look forward to staying here in future too

Overall a decent place to stay. Temperature control in the room was not working. And the bathroom was small without any partition to the shower area. Entire bathroom would become watery after showering.

Hotel rooms were clean. The location is very good with access to station and bus stand. Breakfast spread was very good and tasty. Room service was prompt though the tea coffee was not very hot. The support staff were friendly. Overall good stay abs value for money

Facilities are not good

Hotel staff service was very poor.i asked for water bottle 5-6 times nobody provided till checkout.after checkout they told me to buy the bottle.

i have stayed here many times before for my short business trips. its a nice centrally located hotel. food is good and service is very good. hotel is old but still well managed.

Reception and room service was gud. Enough room space but there is some urine smell in washroom. Need some air freshner to make the stay still more pleasant. Food was average.Idly was so hard. Juice was not sweet enough.other items were ok ok. Thank you.

Location - excellent access. Amenities - This facility needs overall overhaul. All bathroom taps, shower heads,water closets need a fresh change. Food - Breakfast service experience can be much better. Very lethargic staff attitude. Big focus needed here
