They are very worst. They charged 500rs extra. Rooms space is very small. I want to give negative rating

I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 p.m. after booking . When enquired at the reception we were informed that Make my Trip was invalid and not accepted at that hotel. I was totally disappointed as I had already booked, but later they demanded extra five hundred rupees. As I arrived with my family, and as it was untimely hours I had to pay the extra cash. And I also witnessed another family in the same condition.

Cannot able to reach hotel through 4 Wheeler

i have booked the hotel and reached the hotel they are asking double the amount in bill from me and the behavior of the staffs in the hotel is worst

very disappointed about stay. i came with family with a baby and mentioned with breakfast but they have not provided breakfast. also the room is not clean ac also poor bed cushioning is not comfortable to sleep.

When on-boarding they demanded 200 rs before check in. After i complained with mmt they gave me room next to reception which could hear loud noises from the lobby and worst spring bed. They even denied breakfast even after paying and booking. Noticed they even give rooms to college couples, i will never choose this hotel again.

such a bad experience it is. i have so many concerns with the stay. they charged me extra amount other than what i paid ( i paid the full shown tariff while booking itself) .. but the manager there charged me extra amount . rooms are not al all worth to the money.. utter waste. bathroom had a top ceiling open.. from where anyone can peek .. which is not at all acceptable. manager approach is very bad. totally very disturbed stay which i ever had in my life.... waste of money

Location is so so. Approach road is quite lovesy. The property did not have lift facility. Water was dripping in the bathroom. It did not have shower facility. The plastic bucket and mug provided were also dirty. The room was fairly good. Ac and tv were working well.

Pleasent stay for family, friends and couples

Bed was not at all good. Tv was not clear. Very very small room.

Everything is perfect, room maintenance is well satisfied, no disappointment if i need to give any down point if the cost is somehow low it will be comfortable. Other than that nothing else
