Femina Hotel

Room is comfortable. Wash room is not upto the mark. Poor service. First day 17th their receptionist behaviour is rude.

Rooms were not kept ready( towels , water bottles, soap were not kept. Poor room service . Not worth for the money I have paid

Stay was good. Food was excellent. But the reception people was not up to the mark. The landline number which was given was not answerable. Other than that all good. Room was clean

Location is very central and good. Food is very average for vegetarians. Facilities are very old and need maintenance. Service is average

The property needs an upgrade of its fittings. Leaky shower cubicles and water all over. Bathroom tiles need descaling. Linen feels damp most of the time

Pros:Polite and respectful staff Cons: Photos in the makemytrip website are completely different than the actual rooms alloted. Roomes were old and dirty. Bathrooms were dirty. Unclean floors and furniture.Dirty Towels. Room service takes more than one hour . As we tried calling the reception to inform about the late check in, phone calls went unanswered. we were calling for more than twenty times from 5 pm in till 11 pm. No answer. Decent and budget hotel for families if neatness and cleanliness is not a concern Pros:Polite and respectful staff

Front office person is so rude and don’t have any manners how to treat the guest.Even at 10.00 pm instead of 12 as per the conditions for check in they have made us to wait for 45 minutes. Very poor treatment.

They collected extra bed charges even though I booked . Sofas are too dirty. Foods are okay and decent stay for a family

Maintenance of the rooms are very poor and need to improve. Sofas and screens are very dirty, springs in mattress seems to be lost their elasticity. Balcony areas are very dirty.Located at prime area.

Good food at their restaurants , lifts were faulty interrupting mobility to room. Laundry service very fast

Worst stay …. lifts not working and morning no hot water .. if u check out early morning no support from front desk .. totaly it’s worst to stay

The stay was pleasant overall. The food was great, and the ambiance was really good. Everything was fine, but the housekeeping service could be improved in terms of speed. A bit more attention in that area would make the experience even better.

Women at the Front Desk was so rude and grumpy. She asked whether our booking is online and clearly told checkin will be available only after 12 though few rooms were available. Room was spacious and had minimum toiletries. Breakfast was good but when we went for dinner they had very few options.

We found this hotel through Make my trip. The reception is courteous with smiling and helpful faces. The room is very spacious and the bathroom and toilet are good. The one drawback is internet not working properly. Full marks to attached restaurant
