Hotel is Good and accessible. Contact number is wrongly mentioned in the website. So could not reach the hotel for getting exact location on time. Even make my trip customer care couldn’t able to reach. Car parking is narrow. Meals not prepared in Hotel, they will buy and give. Make my trip not mentioned clearly. Initially not got enough support from Make my trip customer care, they disconnected the call also after sometime. Even customer care person mentioned that, it’s a customer problem, if we can’t reach hotel.

Room was good and clean. It's in a narrow street. Parking in the basement was full of water maybe as it was raining and to park your car needs skills as the ramp is steep. They charge some amount which is refundable. Towels weren't clean.
