TTDC Hotel TamilNadu - Trichy

The location and hospitality is very good. Hotel is presently under renovation and therefore the overall ambience is not good. Old furniture and fixtures are dumped in the corridor creating nuisance. It should be completed at the earliest. I was allotted a newly renovated room, which is excellent.

The stay was good. The staff were cooperative and polite. Good food. Well connected.

The hotel was under renovation and lights were out on most of the corridors. The Ac in the room wasn’t working.

In spite of our request for a early check in it was not entertained. Our train had arrived at 2.00 a.m. and the check in was at 10 a.m. For these 8 hours we were charged Rs.1792 to get into a suite room for this period. If an early check in is not given even to senior citizens then what is the use. Otherwise everything else was good. Food was just average.

Pathetic quality of room. Floor was not cleaned properly. Didn’t give the welcome kit which is normal for any TTDC hotel- on asking they just gave me soap. It was an ac room but no blanket was provided, only a thin bed sheet was provided- so couldn’t sleep properly. There was a lot of mosquitoes but no repellent or spray was provided. Its very near to the bus stand and has good parking space- these are the only redeeming features of this hotel. Avoid if possible. I came from TTDC Tanjavur which was a fabulous hotel and was very surprised to see the poor condition of TTDC Trichy.

Didn't provide amenities mentioned in the bill. No bath towel, no toiletries, no housekeeping. These are primary elements which a normal lodge will provide, shame they didn't provide. They have a lot to improve. I don't recommend it at all.

Good, city center right next to bus stand but it's slightly from good temples. Has parking and lot of cheap but good restaurants around it. Great and helpful staff.

I reside in TTDC tamilnadu for 2 days. it was good hotel . it is near to central bus stand and railway station. hotel is in good condition and maintain cleanness.

Good property. Kept tidy. Rooms are in good size and bathroom in ordinary room also huge. I would suggest to anyone to stay here.

I visited the hotel and stayed thereat the time of leaving they asked me to pay an extra amount for the stay and asked me so rudely. Hotel rooms are like unfinished paint works and the receptionist lady was so rudely replied to me. *the room tariff was increased so now you want to pay extra money* that was the question she asked me

Excellent service impressed by cancellation procedure

Spent one night in an economy double room. Room was okay, very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a pure plated mini meal which was sufficient to get us going for the day.

Room is quite big, with tv and furniture. Staff are very friendly and cooperative. Being a temple city, hot water in the bath room should be available 24 x 7. We have not got hot water till 5 am, since it is a solar powered water heater. Overall a "good place" to stay.

We had a very comfortable stay. Room service and reception response very prompt and fast. Bathroom and room very clean.
