Grand Arcadia

We stayed in 3 rooms. It is very good for the tariff paid. But in one room AC was not working as intended n hence occupants who were senior citizens couldn't sleep. Management should take care of maintenance of the resources which are of high standards for given tariff. I hope the management live up to the expectations of the customers.

Good location, clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast buffet spread was good. In house hotel had good menu options

Pros: Room and cleanliness is very good. Complementary breakfast have a good verity of spreads. Cons: Parking is difficult. They always close the gates and will have to call the reception to get in the parking. We will have to wait in a narrow road where localities will scold if we wait on the narrow road. Also, there is no lift to ground floor from basement parking.

The information given as per is that it is 3 Mts walk to Ranganathan temple is completely wrong as it takes 15 Mts by car and nearly 3 km from temple .But the hotel is clean and neatly maintained for the price

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The receptionist is unfit for her role — she was rude and unprofessional, lacking even basic courtesy. During my 2-day stay, I personally witnessed at least four customers arguing with her. The room facilities were also poor — the heater didn’t work, and there was no room service available. The hotel’s navigation and directions were confusing, making it difficult to find the property. I travel often for business and have stayed in several hotels, but I’ve never faced this level of discomfort before. Even the elevator felt unsafe, so I had to use the stairs both days. Overall, a very bad experience and definitely not worth recommending.

Wonderful staff, well appointed rooms, proximity to the Jambukeshwar temple, and a nice restaurant in house and a decent breakfast buffet. No complaints.

Very nice ambience in room. Only lady Staff are available during day time. They are courteous, but do not expect them to carry your luggage. The rooms are clean. Food is tasty & served fast too.

The hotel meets the standard of 3 star hotels. It's very clean, staff is very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was decent and had dinner at the Chettinad restaurant which was good too. The downside is that property is right in front of a flyover and masjid. So a lot of noise disturbance if you end up in front facing rooms. I couldn't sleep well. But since I was staying only 1 night so found it decent enough. My main concern was cleanliness on which the hotel meets all standards.

Rooms and food is not on par with price we pay for the room .. low quality food and less hygienic rooms. I will not recommend this to a family who is looking for nice stay in trichy

The room is very neat and the staff are very helpful. My only concern is not much car parking space in the basement. Apart from that, everything is good.

Rooms were quite comfortable.Nearby prominent temples and auto stand and good restraunt near by and inhouse eatery also very good.

Very good hotel, clean rooms and toilets. Suitable for family. Food was good and a decent spread. Very near to Thiruvanaikaval temple. Parking space is limited and congested. Overall definitely recommend this place for 2-3 days stay for both couple and family.

The rooms and the bathroom were very clean. Also the hotel was located on the main road just beside the thiruvanaikoil bridge making it convenient for getting autos or taxis. The hotel staff were friendly and obliged to our request for late checkout (which was 2 hours from the standard check out time). I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an accommodation in thiruvanaikoil.

Review for Hotel Grand Arcadia, Srirangam Had a nice stay overall at Hotel Grand Arcadia in Srirangam. The hospitality was good, and most amenities met expectations. However, the shower setup was quite basic and not up to standard, and there was no hot water available in the wash basin. Apart from these minor issues, everything else was satisfactory.

Our stay for two days is very good.The hospitality especially the counter staff is excellent.The rooma are near and clean.Totally service is excellent.
