Room was super clean and support people was more comfortable with us and explained about temple

Property location is walkable distance to sriranganatha temple. Good service, neat and clean. Nice to see that they have maintained modern mix traditional artistic doors, mirror and brass vessel thavalai anda sombu at bathroom in place of plastic bucket and mug feel a homely touch. Comfort beds, best room service. Only lack with no lift. We had no difficulty it was indeed a pleasant stay.

The stay was good overall. But it lacked lift facility which was tough for my mother.

Good place to stay with sufficient space. Better service and gave suggestions for temple visit and food choices.

The property is near the temple. This is more of a homestay and not a hotel. Pros near the temple friendly staff two rooms, hall and bed room cons no lift non availability of food

Pros: place was easy to find and temple is 10 minutes away from stay and easy commutable to bus stop and nearby have auto stand. Hotel is neat and good. Cons: no elevator, only we have to take the narrow staircase. For aged people it will be difficult. They have one more room in ground-floor. But too pricey

The room was clean and good. Neat wash room. Comfortable beds. Drawback: 1. No lift. 2. Narrow steps 3. They changed 1000 extra for early login which is not justified. 4. No drinking water supply at room. 5. No room service. 6. It doesn't look same as shown in website. 7. Very small building. Only three floors. Single occupancy in each floor.

Excellent accommodation with very good night reception he had able to understand hindi and english languages and well explained about near by temple details.

The room was clean and well organized. The staff was helpful. The location was very close to the temple. Reasonable stay for the budget.

The bathroom flush was not working, stairs are very small, linen also very limited supply. We were four person and only one towel provided. Location is close to temple.

The room was ok but the airconditioner was not working properly. And since it is peak summer, it was inconvenient to stay

It is very near to the temple. Only walkable distance, less than 1km. Staffs of hotels are very good and responsive.

We booked for our stay (including two senior citizens) after reaching at location, they denied us for extra cot ( which is charged in booking) also they don't have extra mattress. Manager not picking up our calls (called 15 times) attendent denied any help and one member have to sleep on floor. This is horrible experience with hotel booking.

Need to maintain well and hygienic

The property was located at 2 nd floor and no lifts were available my father in law being 80 years old can't climb. The manager gave me another property which had only king size bed and was told he will arrange another cot which was not given. The room was very small with no cupboard to accommodate any luggage and had to be put on the floor only. The room was not even worth 700 rs but was charged at the rate of 1500 per night very pathetic experience and could not argue as was with a senior citizen
