1. We has booked Deluxe river view room through MakeMyTrip but didn't get the room we opted. 2. Fan regulator was not working 3. No sorry from KVM hotel reception staffs on not arranging river view room. 4. bedsheet had oil spills but reception staff said its how loundry send the sheet and denied fresh bedsheet 5. Parking we got outside the gate which we felt unsafe. 6. There was insects in bed and sleep got disturbed due to their bites. Overall below overage rating.

It’s a good hotel at Srirangam island. Close to the main temple & Jambukeshwar temple. Check in & check out was very smooth. Rooms were ready when we arrived. They have only vegetarian restaurant serving good South Indian food.

They will tell 24 hours hot water supply but, you will get only very light warm water. We took room in this hotel because there is a restaurant option but they will close without informing the closing times. Staff won’t respond to you properly . If you are coming as a family be ready to suffer if you book room in this hotel. It is not worthwhile to stay with that huge amount you are paying.

The room was good Below things were very worst considering the cost we pay. The bathroom fittings inside were fully broken No hot water coming the bathroom No one in the hotel to respond or at least hear what is the problem we are facing Went to the reception in person to get help but there was no one there and there was person sleeping inside and never responded when I called for help. We went as family with elders and kids and it was very difficult to take bath in such a chill water… Overall it was not good for the amount we had paid for the stay.. It is not worth it.

Very near to all marriage halls.Cauvery rivrer view and excellent approach to Rajagopurm ,Srirangam.Excellent connectivity to Airport as well.Even though attached eatery is there didn't eat there except one lunch which was very nice,Chettinad type meal.Very comfortable stay.
