property location was near airport and that is the best point. rest rooms are okay. but no food at hotel and restrooms were dirty.

A very disappointing experience. The rooms were extremely small. We had booked for 3 adults, but no extra bed was provided – only a bedsheet was given. Drinking water was not complimentary; they charged extra for it. Basic amenities like plates and spoons were not available, and there was no space in the room to have lunch or dinner. The listing displayed 2 beds (one double bed and one single bed), but in reality, we received a tiny room with only one bed.

The hotel is kept CLEAN to the minutest areas. It is calm and peaceful. The staff at the hotel makes me feel AT HOME. This might be my 6th stay here.

breakfast is not there...soap brush items were not there....some mosquitoes spoiled our sleep....but the room and restroom were clean...t

Average experience. They can improve in all aspects. Bedsheets were not very clean. Also, the locality is not great except that it is near the airport.

The hotel sr residency, near the airport, tiruchirappalli, is one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed to date. The hospitality and housekeeping staff are really well disciplined, which is reflected in the way they maintain a clean and peaceful environment at sr residency. I have stayed here twice (3 days for the first time and 4 days for the second time, and all my future stays shall be at the sr residency.

The hotel service was worst and the person who was responsible for service is not suitable for this job. Hotel management needs to take serious action before it too late.

Location of this hotel is on the main road and close to the airport. Rooms were of minimum size, no toiletries were offered. Guests were not welcome, even nobody helped to carry the luggage in or out of the rooms. No, thanks.

Location is very near to airport. Parking facility not avaible. Pillow was not good. Bathroom was average only

Gate closed. Two man hotel lacked all basic courtesy no towels in the bathroom no offer to place our luggage in the room

Good hospitality, friendly management people and rooms are slightly small enough for couples or 2 adults. over all worth for money 🙂

It was mentioned there will be wi-fi and parking. But both was not there. Moreover the service was not professional. Even for tea you will have to walk out. I planned for one day stay but vacated within 4 hours.

We enjoyed our stay and the city tour. We also enjoyed seeing grand temples and breath taking architectural beauty.

It was horrified experience n thanks mmt for resolving such matters. Kindly speed up the repayment time. We requested management to remove pests from the room, they politely requested us to leave the premises immediately. With full payment paid in advance how you want us to stay at such places
