Very nice place

The location is very close to rock fort. It is in the heart of the market. The owner and staff are very courteous. They can arrange you auto rickshaws or taxis anytime. The rooms are near and clean.

Poor Stay

As the name indicates as lodge, it is a very old property, not suitable for long distance traveller's, suitable only for local business people. Room is congested, no drinking water, no geyser in summer, one way traffic, it is located in narrow busy bazar, no good hotels nearby, not even guest chairs at reception, no lift. The plus points are it clean and courteous reception.

True and living example for the slogan adhiti dev bhava. The owner is very friendly and treats you with utmost respect unlike others. Definitely the best place to be recommended in trichy.

Room and toilet

When i stay here, room and toilet are small, anyone can't bath in bathroom. Anyone can go in bathroom only for toilet. First and second floor room is ok, but give me ro is third floor is very terrible.

Booked room via makemytrip app for rs. 689 but the krishna lodge gave the room of having indian toilet i asked for western they provided it with cost around 1400 + gst. For a toilet krishna lodge charged extra amount from myside

U have booked only single room non a/c. U have asked for western toilet. We said only in a/c room western toilet will be available. U said ok. But we collected only rs 900+ gst extra for the a/c room. Because u have already paid for single room non a/c. We collected only the difference amount.

The room was small but clean and good enough for a single person; there was no bad odour. But the bathroom and toilet was so small. One could not move freely even while bathing.

Good and budget stay

I can say that this is a budget stay in trichy. Owner is a friendly person and helpful. He can speak in english so good for outsiders. Wi-fi is there. Lift is not there. Rooms are well maintained. This lodge is located in big bazaar street, a busy area in trichy. This lodge is very nearer to the rock fort temple. However if you want to visit srirangam temple and jambukeswara temple (tiruvanaikovil, you need take a bus or an auto. I can say that it is a 400-500m walk to reach the main road. Personally i prefer to stay nearer to srirangam or tiruvanaikovil if my main purpose is to visit these temples only.
