Room facilities need to be inspected for secure, satisfactory stay of customer. bathroom window was not provided with screen for privacy. break fast is bare minimum in quantity and variety not even a coffee was provided with it. construction work under entrance was a risk to climb entrance and car parking a challenge to get

Hotel was under renovation which was not mentioned. Rooms are crampy. But the reception was responsive. At midnight he went out and provided us the tablet

It was the worst experience in my life. How come partnered with this hotel. The facility is very awful and there is no cleanliness. The toilet is bad water is leaking, and the bath towel is torn. There was a power outage early in the morning at 4 am and there was no proper support to restore the power. I personally along with my neighbour room 103 went and checked each circuit. The struggle was there for more than 2 hrs.. I have to be compensated suitably for the sufferings. Hope you will understand and appreciate and give a suitable solution. Looking forward to your response at the earliest.

I have booked the room for 3 adults and 1 children with 11 years old. But when i reached the hotel found that room was not enough for my famiky and then i paid 500 additional for bigger room. It's totally unethical behavior from booking.

Location was very good, room is okay, but toilet was too poor, looks like fungus infected black dots.., yellow colour.. absolute unhygienic toilet. if u r looking for a clean room this property is okay but if you want both clean room and clean toilet this is not recommended..

The hotel was totally empty but the room was clean and washroom was clean not new but clean. Person was not aware that booking was done with makemytrip so please call him before boarding. The hotel is in a busy place and the most hospitile person was the security guard.

Rooms are very compact, cleanliness is okay, we have stayed with family, reaching the hotel from highway in peak hour is not challenge

Very poor housekeeping, rooms was in small size and there was lot of mosquito inside the room. Geaser also was not available.

Overall good room, service, and front desk curtesy. Prime location with shopping areas. Would recommend to others.

General manager is very rude. The washrooms are untidy. Complimentary breakfast is unhygienic. Wifi not working.

Room size is very small compared to the price paid. Bed sheets are not clean too. Fan speed is low, when we raised complaint, they said it's all about it.
