Overall a decent place to stay. Temperature control in the room was not working. And the bathroom was small without any partition to the shower area. Entire bathroom would become watery after showering.

Hotel rooms were clean. The location is very good with access to station and bus stand. Breakfast spread was very good and tasty. Room service was prompt though the tea coffee was not very hot. The support staff were friendly. Overall good stay abs value for money

Hotel staff service was very poor.i asked for water bottle 5-6 times nobody provided till checkout.after checkout they told me to buy the bottle.

i have stayed here many times before for my short business trips. its a nice centrally located hotel. food is good and service is very good. hotel is old but still well managed.

Reception and room service was gud. Enough room space but there is some urine smell in washroom. Need some air freshner to make the stay still more pleasant. Food was average.Idly was so hard. Juice was not sweet enough.other items were ok ok. Thank you.

Location - excellent access. Amenities - This facility needs overall overhaul. All bathroom taps, shower heads,water closets need a fresh change. Food - Breakfast service experience can be much better. Very lethargic staff attitude. Big focus needed here

Food was good. Location and parking was good. The facility itself is bit old and needs renovation. The Double bed in our Suite was sunken a bit.

All fixtures were old and not maintained properly . The bed had bed bugs and fungus in the bed fixtures

The hotel was very neat and clean.. the rooms were quite big. Service was too good and food was excellent.. all staff from security to helpers to reception room service all good.. I would surely opt the same place always.. the price is very reasonable.

My father, restricted to a liquid diet due to recent tongue surgery, required a simple fruit shake (milk, apple, banana) as he cannot eat solid food. Despite the buffet offering milk and cut fruits, the hotel struggled to accommodate this request and charged us for the shake without prior notice, which felt exploitative given his medical condition. Additionally, the room supplies (towels, toiletries, etc.) were insufficient for three guests, forcing us to repeatedly request more, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the hotel offers excellent facilities, including a well-maintained pool, and the staff was courteous and attentive, making the overall stay comfortable. The location near the railway station is also convenient. I urge the management to handle special dietary needs with more empathy and transparency and ensure rooms are adequately equipped for all guests. With these improvements, Breeze Residency could be exceptional.

Location. Very Good ...In the vicinity of Railway station Tiruchi ....Rooms ...quite spacious and well maintained..Restaurant ..though no separate veg restaurant well maintained and quality satisfactory. .Only Bath and Rest rooms do not have Anti-Skid floor tiles for the safety of senior citizens .

Fantastic courtesy, good ambience, well maintained rooms, excellent variety of breakfast items, good in taste and services. Will repeat my stay at this hotel whenever I am next in Trichy. Will also recommend to my friends and relatives.
