I stayed here in December 2018 and the cost wise its budgeted but amenities wise it is just OK. Very near to the transport. Its in the main road. Rooms were not spacious and found old model type.

No food in this hotel you have to go to other hotels for food. Toiletries are rationed like gold. We got 1 soap for 3 people even after paying for upgrade. No fresh towels for the entire duration of stay.
The hotel is located at center of Trichy near chatram bus stand so they don't have to rely on online bookers to get customers. They will treat online folks like shit. They prefer people who come directly to them or through oyo.

Centrally located, clean, good rooms, small lobby in each floor. Don't expect great room service at this price. In room facilities, AC, TV, bath are good. Points to improve, sports channels are not part of the package, bottled water not provided in package. Only filled up drinking water provided. Courteous staff, but they struggle when occupancy is high. We found cigarette smoke filled corridors in the night.
